what's baffling is Win11 never comes bundled with an updated version of the clock app (afaik) and always requires being downloaded later on (and the bundled version, as noted, doesn't fucking work) all this despite the action center having a focus system that *requires* the updated clock app

so last time I checked the main way to download PlayStation Store content on modded PS3/Vita consoles still doesn't have a complete collection also it relies on Sony's backend for downloads so this sucks a lot even if you aren't purchasing directly from Sony anymore
