And the noise filter was OKAY, I guess. It drastically changed the feel of what is supposed to be a very dark environment where you cannot make out details in that darkness from all the noise and overblown lights.

I will give it credit for the stealth section. Looked great. It was incredibly funny how gamey it was though. Hit button for generator, then every xeno runs at the generator and explodes. (This does not damage the environment in any way)

Bad news is that you go through this entire boss encounter. Cutscene, set up the catapult, launch queen off catapult, then another cutscene of the queen immediately climbing back up because nothing matters. And Hicks of all fucking people being like "okay sir have fun sacrificing your life for us"

The final boss fight is "Set up the catapult without getting killed by the Queen. Then launch the Queen out of the ship using the catapult." Good thing: The Queen will just stand there and swat into the container with her tiny arms without being able to reach you, or otherwise fail to path to you.

Managed to get one of the few boss fights stuck on a dead APC.

There are 10 DLC items for Mechwarrior 5 and the biggest bundle only includes 7.

Trying to pick a version of Mechwarrior 5 is kind of hell. I love sales I hate dealing with splintered DLC offerings. I thought it was weird that MW5 + Clans bundle included one but not both of the MW5 DLC from the JumpShip edition. But then you notice the "succession wars edition"

Or buy the Mechwarrior 5 Succession Wars edition which contains all the DLC for $34.57. Or the Jumpship edition with two DLC items and an honestly pointless digital soundtrack release for $20.36.

Finally came back to Dredge and it's funny how much progress you can make when you stop going "NO I DONT NEED TO TRAWL, TRAWLING IS FOR LOSERS"

Old ISP vs new, I finally have modern upload speeds!

Another post made a good point in why we don't do this for anything other than anime. We don't call it "Gyakuten Saiban", like it says on the JP box, it's Ace Attorney. Or how a game like Nier Automata, even in JP market is written out in roman characters, and not even the romanized katakana.

Anyway, for posterity, what my character looked like after which was basically what she looked like for the whole game lol.

I didn't even know wiki's had auto-censoring like that where it just replaces letters with asterisks.

In game, the Broken Compass material description reads "A rusty old compass that no longer works. Once in a while it twitches, but nothing more".

It happened so quickly I kinda feel like something broke. Why is the keeper in his pre-boss spot during a cutscene in which he talks from within the arena??
