I bake something for whatever week it is for Mrs Phonic when she watches Bake off. This week made Matcha Shortbread but did half white flour, half whole wheat flour with wheat bran and upped the sweetness with a little extra brown sugar. They won’t win a beauty prize but they were tasty.
