So glad I got a new drawing tablet. Managed to quickly add to a 30 peice tileset. Within a couple of hours it has increased to 70 peices but should now be missing peices that I previously required and some bits fit together better! #PixelArt #SoloDev #Slimetopia #GameDev #Godot #IndieDev

After that it will be onto the player. You have a few different moves that you can perform but there isn't much differentiating it in the audio OR visual department between them(Including UI and visual effects), leading to some confusion as to what you still have available at any given moment.

Definetly has to be the tilesets. The tilesets I have made need a touchup but there is also a few more biomes that I am intending to create that I didn't implement in the alpha which left some levels feeling either out of place or empty.

Interesting. I was having the exact issue that you described when trying to stream Godot dev yesterday. Both pop out and embedded tests were just grey screens for OBS. Monitor Capture was the only way around it for me but far from ideal.

Recently discovered the power of the WorldEnviroment node in Godot. Looks like an essential for 3D, but even in my 2D game it's had a big impact on blending the colours together to make it more cohesive. As a newbie pixel artist, this is a godsend. #indiedev #gamedev #godot

I would say, as long as you have a good small slice of your game that you are happy for people to form opinions of your entire game from, then absolutely go for it. If you game isn't going to be free then this is a way to potentially get some 'on the fencers' to buy it.
