Reminder to NOT do this. PayPal isn't a bank. It can and does steal money from PayPal accounts for no reason, and there's no recourse to get it back.
It's 100% legal for PayPal to rob you.
A functional gov't would stop this shit, but alas, the best we can do is keep warning each other about it.
