went to see Unshatter, the Linkin Park documentary on its opening day yesterday with one of my best friends and their for his birthday. We're both huge fans of LP, we went to the TC show last summer together The doc is really beautiful and it was cool to see with how much intentionality

This isnt that far off but I had lots of issues with this quiz. The qs make a lot of assumptions in their answer choices, esp around Globalism and Free Trade things that in my politic need to look radically different than what the choices allowed for ++ you can't give a lawyer a "it depends" option

7. If you are a journalist, a content creator, someone who puts together panels/committees/boards/etc. think about how you can bring in trans voices and leaders to your spaces and work - not just on trans "issues." 8. Mentor and support trans people to *be* leaders - not just on trans "issues."

1. If you personally can, give to trans orgs, trans journalists, and trans mutual aid. 2. Write a note to a local foundation or funder in your area and ask them to invest in trans leaders and trans work. 3. Thank and celebrate candidates and electeds who affirmatively support trans rights.

The City Council has been speaking publicly on reigning in on MPD. I know CP Payne has made it clear that this is a priority. Additionally, this week I brought an action to increase rental license fees for cost recovery. I hope you support our residents and don’t force us to cut more services.

Jokes aside, the city and MPRB failed to come to agreement. I’ve been consistent in my perspective that city residents deserve a commitment from the Mayor and Council about how they will rein in MPD overspending, improve non-tax revenue, and protect bond ratings. So far, no tangible offers.

Reminder: It's ALWAYS a good day to give to @outfrontmn.bsky.social , who are Minnesota's largest LGBTQIA+ advocacy org. They need funding in order to face everything ahead of us all—regardless of elections/ political climate. Funds are tough to generate when work is accumulating & needs to expand.
