I got the amazing opportunity to stock some baby Atlantic salmon into a local creek with @anyare.art and had such an amazing time. Atlantic salmon were extirpated (locally extinct) within Lake Ontario in the late 1800s due to unsustainable fishing, construction, etc. Bring back the salmon!

Over the weekend @anyare.art was super kind and took me out to an ice hut rental for an early birthday present! It was my first experience ice fishing and had such a great time!! Thanks so much for the wonderful fishing adventure. We caught so many perch and I got to try out my gopro!

My last salmon catches of the season from this last weekend! The runs were much later this year due to a lack of rain. Still always a thrilling fight when one of these decides to bite! Always lots of fun going out with @anyare.art who also helped with netting these and taking photos 🎣

Salmon fishing was super hot this weekend! Lots of fights and tons of hookups with @anyare.art We even did our first harvest this year and will be smoking those up, probably next weekend 😁 Always an amazing time with my fishing buddy
