I bet all those idiots buying internet connected appliances are enjoying finding out some 17 year old can now defrost their fridge remotely like happened to French supermarkets. But being able to remotely check if you have milk without opening the door was worth it right? Tech stupidity ftw

Cloudflare doesn't measure that I'm afraid its because searh engines use data crawlers ( bots) for indexing. Wish it was actually that simple but lots of people getting excited reposting made up stuff. Cloudflare is seeing that Yandex search crawl traffic has dropped off a cliff, that is all

They'll probably auction off the shell casings and have a commemorative coin for sale to cash in too. Obviously nt bright enough to have read how shooting a man strapped to a char after the Easter Rising instantly turned public anger at rebels to sympathy and anger at British

Cat owners are as bigger twats as their pets. Bengal cat just killed 2 young squirrels in the garden while screaming 6 year old watched on. When she tried to stop it the cat has clawed her Keep your boody pets in and stop them wandering into other people's gardens

Reginald Mitchell, Barnes Wallis, Orde Wingate, Lord Locat piping his commandos onto D-Day beach ( US rangers copied the commandos because they were unconventional and effective) and Pegasus bridge, Hobart's funnies that were even used by US ( DD tanks)...

Right now the world of Fox News thinks the CIA foiled an Iranian terror plot and their diesel is cheapest its ever been, while Britain thinks a farmer fresh home from a night out collared a bunch of lads nicking her diesel which has a street value higher than a Bugatti Veyron

When firms and individuals are asked to pay the full price AI firms need to be solvent watch everyone balk and it will go from pushed everywhere to finding a niche. Lot of big bets for shortterm gain made while longerterm a lot of companies will go under when can't get more debt

He stopped speaking to my gf and her mum for several years after she discovered it doing their own search as he was very selective. You have to realise he's a 70 something man born in Liverpool but got scholarship for private school - of course he made up his backstory to fit in but he now lives in

His DNA will show him he is not what he claims to be the same. It is entirely cherrypicking your own family tree that feeds this. Loves to state his Dad was a ww2 pilot, doesn't like that his great grandmother was of Indian heritage. Clings to the Scottish ancestor for entire identity

Phill Dixon @philldixon.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
More connection to Watford than he does Scotland. It is selective cherrypicking the bits he likes and he threw away the research showing he wasn't what he claimed.

It really is a ridiculous way of othering people or trying to bild our own mythology to sound special. My gf's uncle is obsessed with ancestry and wanders around doing videos of himself reading Scottish poetry crying and claiming Clan McGregor ancestry... he ignores the Indian ancestry or that he

Simple questions - is it easy to strip and clea, does it have any stupid quirks like gas parts that gasparts that could jam in if inserted by a squaddie half asleep inserted slightly wrong, does it have any essential parts they could improvise as cleaning tools, does it have any tiny parts they

If failure to take adequate steps of safety in issue resulted in jail, fines of upto 10% worldwide revenue or upto £10m whichever greater for vendors and £1m and 5% for firms using as well as firms having to show safeguards and mitigations in annual audit it'd stop the wild west

Simple make corporate execs criminally responsible for the products they make & company execs criminally liable if misused by a company taking them in service Watch how seriously safety moves up the priority ladder when an AI agent hacking a website will actually land humans in jail not be sales PR

McNally will be run out of town when they have to pay up their share of national debt in advance and can't get a Majestic Wine delivery but UK keep Site A under national security then still convert it. They also lose right to pound and royal mail deliveries. All postcodes deleted as no royal mail

Phill Dixon @philldixon.bsky.social · 16/09/2026
She was great but also if the others want to 'exit the UK' give them all the consequences - say we respect your referendum, all your bank accounts will be closed, export costs added to deliveries and none of you now have a UK address so are stuffed for services inc olice, fire and ambulance. Tim

Phill Dixon @philldixon.bsky.social · 16/09/2026
In fact they just lost their fire, police and ambulance services, sewerage, gas supply and electricity, no buses and postcode is UK so deleted All businesses will shun the export paperwork so deliveries stuffed too as most only deliver to UK Tons of consequences we need them to actually exerience
