I'm always undecided as to whether this or Before and After Science is my favourite Eno album. It's very close though, I do know that much...

Yep. I wish I'd put The Killing in, bloody difficult as all these things are...

Definitely, it's like Movietone 20 years on. Which is certainly no bad thing ...

#NowPlaying As we ease towards the final two months of 2026, this remains one of the finest and most engaging new albums I've heard this year. Tara Clerkin Trio - Somewhere Good 🎶 #musicsky #albumalmanac #weekendsingles

Lovely album, I've the Ace Records reissue but that looks like an original?

220 2

Philk282 🐈 @philk282.bsky.social · 22h

Well whatever it is I'll have a piece. Original press, 2 copies on cogs both around £145 plus taxes or this version with a booklet and 7" for £46. I've convinced myself I've got a bargain 😉😁😁

A lovely package has arrived from @monorailmusic.bsky.social. An essential Movietone reissue that's been on repeat play today As Stephen Pastel says "Day and Night is somehow before it's time, in its time & after it's time" An amazing album from a totally unique band 🎶 #musicsky #weekendsingles

They are both so good, there's a real intimacy here and I love those little moments when Trish clears her throat halfway through certain tracks. She had the most beautiful voice.
