Philip @philipspringall.bsky.social · 16/08/2026Best General 8-0 at GW Newport with Fyreslayers. So ecstatic to get my bois the dub. Honestly felt I would lose every bracket game but just took it one game at a time. Thanks to all my opponents, my MDR team, The England squad and the GW team for a great event! 2333

Philip @philipspringall.bsky.social · 31/05/2026Only issues we had were the table height (lol) and the loudspeaker announcements, but both were outside the TO’s control. Thanks to Tommo and Spoon for looking after us, was really nice to have their presence at the top tables. Had such a fantastic time this weekend and looking forward to Newport! 010
Philip @philipspringall.bsky.social · 31/05/2026Although a small turnout for AoS the top 8 bracket was super competitive, with the top ranked 3 UK players this GHB and 2 players from England’s Worlds Squad. 8 rounds of warhammer is very exhausting over 3 games but I’d really recommend it to anyone looking for a different format to play! 110
Philip @philipspringall.bsky.social · 31/05/2026The event was held as part of a convention with 6 massive halls, the GW games were in a separate hall so not too busy but still really cool to feel part of the larger gaming scene! Was cool having people come up and ask us about what game we were playing etc. I’d for sure go back and recommend it! 100
