Just binged all of Once and Future by @kierongillen.bsky.social and it was GREAT. such a cool series with great characters and such fun, interesting reimaginings of classic myths and fables, Arthurian or otherwise. Lancelot was a standout for me. WHAT a cool character. Can’t recommend it enough!

just mowed through the fireborne blade, a short fantasy book by @bookdragonauthor.bsky.social and it was sick. cool fantasy world building with a good main character and a plot twist that fucking floored me. what a satisfying ending as well. great stuff. already got the sequel

this is my father Michael. he passed away a few weeks ago and we laid him to rest with my mother yesterday. I loved him more than words can say and my respect for him is boundless. He helped countless as a nurse, and raised me well to be the man i am today. I am proud to be his son.
