I understand the #PM is going to make an announcement in #Parliament today about closure ties with the #EU. Looking forward to seeing Brexiteers rushing forward with condemnations cheered on by Russia, no doubt.

So Trump must really be worried about the mid terms, thus the big win for Russia and sacrificing of Ukraine. But these things have a way of coming back to bite. I doubt most Americans care, but they should.

Apparently the new narrative from Reform is that the polls are just the establishment trying to control the “massive” surge of support for them. Well polls are just polls, but I know, because I go out to listen to the public regularly, their support has dropped dramatically.

So it’s all about the money. Billionaires don’t give vast sums of money for no reason, if they get what they want out of a future government it will be chicken feed compared to the money they will make of the back of it.

Well of course yes, but here is a starter for you, unless all parties sit down and decide the future of social care we will be in big trouble ( actually we already are) only the Lib Dem’s have been pushing for this relentlessly for years. Oh and rejoin the EU custom union now.

He has, a number of times officially, the response is always been a few days of coverage of Lib Dem stories and announcements and then back to Farage.

You mean during the general election when election law is very clear about fair coverage to political parties?

It’s not a funny joke that’s certain, but Im sure Farage and local boy, Sir Geoffrey Cox (who has earned a mere £1million since returning to Parliament) are having a good chuckle at your expense.

As Reform said Binface IS the establishment, he went to a private school before working as a merchant banker in the city , then spent 21yrs on the EU gravy train before getting a cushy job as a part time MP. His friends our billionaires & crooks & has a number of side hustles breaking rules freely.

So very pleased the new PM is planning to work with the Lib Dem’s and Tories to find a sensible solution to adult Social care. I expect he will bring other parties together later as well.

It’s time for governments to stop putting their fingers in their ears and pretending this can all go away, or pretend it will be someone else’s problem. We need to fix social care now, and I really hope, Andy Burnham will do, just that. If he does, he will have our full support.

Well of course he would have told his insurance company even if he didn’t claim. So there will be plenty of evidence from that insurance company and any subsequent (remember you still have to state your car was written off even if you make no claim) because if he didn’t, that’s fraud isn’t it?

Imagine if the standards committee actually came out of hiding and produced the much delayed report on the inquiry on MP’s second jobs. Limiting MP’s to only limited work in professions that required some work hours to maintain there professional qualifications. What would Farage do then?

I was at the debate I counted 16 that attended at some point, it is a little misleading though because a number of them would have been at committee meetings which took place at the same time. However Farage and Cox who were named during the debate were not scheduled to be at a committee.

Today there wss a debate in Parliament to ban ALL MPs’ second jobs. Nigel Farage didn’t show up to defend any of his - including the latest one, raking in £22,500 an hour to promote a gold dealer. The gravy train must end. Watch the debate below.

I was at that debate, everyone who spoke ( bar the Tory shadow Minister, who thought second jobs were okay) said that this should not include working enough hours to maintain your professional qualifications.

When I first became an MP, there were 500,000 children on mental health waiting lists. Now there's a million. Mental health should be treated as seriously as physical health. We need urgent action from the government to ensure no child is left on a waiting list for years.

Andy Burnham has a very short window to turn this government around. The country is impatient for change. People have heard fine words before only to be let down badly because nothing really changes. We can’t afford more of the same.
