Yesterday I made an utterly amazing (according to the family) roast chicken, with epic roast spuds, roast honey carrots, buttery mushrooms, steamed broccoli, and sautéed garlic greens. Oh, and gravy, obvs. And I didn't take a single picture of any of it. Feel like I let BlueSky down a bit.
