Baldwin-Brown et al. confined pigeon lice to color-mismatched hosts for ca. 60 generations, and tracked genomic changes, revealing parallel phenotypic adaptation in color via largely non-overlapping loci. 🔗 doi.org/10.1093/gbe/evaf083 #genome #pigeon #lice

Autrefois très répandu en France, l’orme a dramatiquement souffert de la graphiose au début des années 70, jusqu’à disparaître.
