It's official. Doggie Sadie is more popular than I will ever be. This weekend I was FaceTiming a friend in Japan. She and her 8-month old lpractically cheered when Sadie got in frame. When her husband picked up the baby, he saw Sadie, grinned and said "Hi, Sadie!" before adding "Hi, Paula."

The guy across the street put an industrial floodlight up this weekend. It comes through my window and reflects in a mirror. it’s dusk-to-dawn, so no more watching sunsets or evening while relaxing in my living room. I asked my alderman if it violates city code. He said yes and reported it.

Got the shoe for I think $4 and it's a hnadpainted one, close to 90 years old. I've seen the shades sell for $50+ - and when the light is on the bulb looks like a setting sun. It doesn't photo graph well, though. #FreelanceFriends

The advantage to LED bulbs is the voltage is low enough that I could use adaptors to plug multiple lamps into one socket. But then I wouldn't have the table space. Currently seeking more stand lamps, like this one I cobbled together for about $30. #FreelanceFriends

Planning a summer table runner, and these are the color combos I've narrowed it down to. Green will be dominant either way since I have lots of that yarn. Do I go cool & sedate or go for contrast? Cone yarns = warp. Weft = green with occasion accents from other yarns. #Weaving #craftsky
