Does coffee actually dehydrate you? Caffeine can increase urine output, but that does not automatically mean dehydration. For most habitual coffee drinkers, ordinary amounts of coffee contribute to daily fluid intake. The effect can depend on dose and caffeine tolerance. Learn more: zurl.co/M2SMv

30 grams of fiber may look the same on a label, but biologically, they aren’t necessarily equivalent. Fiber from intact plants differs from extracted fiber added to processed foods, including how it interacts with our gut microbes. Read more: zurl.co/9T1Q5

The trial's own authors have a measured take: keep using sunscreen, monitor your vitamin D. I think that's reasonable, and too narrow. Treating all sun exposure as dangerous, or treating it as broadly protective against cancer, both go further than the evidence supports. Read more:🔗 zurl.co/WQovP

A #Nutrition2026 study found that teens who started eating breakfast consumed more key nutrients and fewer sweets. Higher-protein breakfasts showed additional benefits. The findings are preliminary, but they add to the evidence that breakfast may support healthier eating patterns. 🔗zurl.co/vHuWz
