Had a really positive experience at the doctors today. For the first time in my life I felt heard. I have 11 tests ordered to find the root cause of something I've been asking about for 12 yrs instead of being told it's stress and sent away with a band aid prescription. Good experiences do exist 🙏

I know that feeling 😂 We had to move out for 6 weeks, 2 months after moving in for a full rewire so redid all the flooring, plastering & painting. New bathroom after finding out the shower & toilet were never attached to the floor Shed was rotten from a storm between offer accepted and completion🙃

It's a huge stress that's worth it in the end. At least for us, the owner had no records of the previous owners reno work so a lot of it was guess work. It's ended up with A LOT of costly upgrades but if you have enough saved after the purchase it's worth it to make it exactly how you want.
