Modern day "Fandom discourse", at least from the outside, feels like Astro Turfing. It's usually obvious when drifters or "critics" haven't seen or played something and are just farming for engagement money. That goes double for minority hate.

Finding out the reason why my friend tends to flake on his "DND" group, made me feel bad for scolding him. Turns out, thd "DM" and most of the players use "generative AI" for character art, backgrounds, stories, and even quests.

I should be back to doing art regularly while house-sitting since I have much less social obligations now. If I've learned 2 things so far, I greatly appreciate my Steamdeck and framework laptop combo and sweet potato pancakes are amazing and fillings. I'm getting s lot of cooking practice in!

There's a legitimate discussion to be had that an individuals skill level sometimes should be brought up when discussing good or bad aspects of a game. No shade, it's just insightful when addressing how an individual analyzes bosses, levels, design, etc. I understand sometimes one must vent though.

DELTARUNE ch5 was pretty sick and may be my favorite thus far. Finding the pink coins was breezy and fun and the ch boss handed me my first loss. Curious to see what super secrets I missed. Also Pink was a blast.
