This weekend has been a whirlwind. After 2.5 months of renovating a condo that looks like it was last decorated in the 70s…we moved in yesterday. Still have a lot of things to move from the apartment, and still have some work to do in the condo, but we’re living here!

Today I honor the lives of the 2,997 men, women, and children that lost their lives 25 years ago today. We remember the victims, the heroes who rushed into danger, and the families who carry their memory forward. May we never forget. 🕊️#NeverForget #September11

Preview: A small snippet from an upcoming chapter: “More than four thousand years,” he said at last. “Closer to four and a half.” Helga went still for a moment, her expression shifting into something Methos could not entirely read from across the fire. “That is considerably more than I expected.”

Fun fact: In Highlander lore, Methos served as the Pharaoh Djet, of the first dynasty of Egypt? And that one of the historical Djet's royal names meant "The Serpent of Horus"? Further adding to my belief that Methos was connected to the snake from very early in his life. He was Slytherin.

Does a spicy in-character text-based role play with a friend count as emotional cheating? Asking for…me. I’m asking for me.

OK, so I've posted a new story that is not the follow-up to "What They Built Together". It is a one-shot piece set in the universe's "present day" (Sometime after "What Stays Unbroken). Please read the notes! archiveofourown.org/works/89758771 #writing #fanfic #fanfiction #harrypotter #highilander

I’m exhausted. In between prepping for new school year, and taking care of my two-year old…we’re also renovating a condo we just bought so we can move in. Lots of work to be done in 3 weeks.
