I've seen a lot of reviews of Ace Combat 8 from general gamers and news channels, but I haven't yet seen a review from a DCS player or a flight sim content creator. I'd be curious to hear their overall thoughts on the game. 🤔

This past weekend was a very scary moment for me while I was in the LAV. A Hind disabled my vehicle, but the guns were still operational, so it effectively became a bunker. A platoon of BMPs and tanks arrived, and we did our best to disable them. It was truly a moment of death before dismounting.

Learning and practicing the basics of flying in formation is challenging. It’s definitely not as simple as moving with a platoon of tanks. 😂 #DCS #Flightsim #milsim #gaming

This may be a good reason for me to get the Cold War Germany map and a cold war campaign in Fulda? 👀

We successfully played as a forward Soviet element in an attack, demonstrating our strength and resolve! It wasn't easy at first with their ambushes, but in the end it got a bit better for us. #tanks #tanksim #gaming #military

I have been considering the F-14BU in DCS for some time, and I finally decided to get it when it went on sale yesterday. Currently learning the systems, but it's been fun!

I'm waiting for #StarCitizen to fix and update itself, so I'm flying in DCS to satisfy my flight needs, and I must say, it's nice to be back!

We finally got the Luchs for West Germany, which adds a new element of reconnaissance gameplay. Hopefully, we will see more and larger missions that incorporate recon elements. See how it works here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8ws... #tanks #tanksim #gunnerheatpc #gaming

Got very heated last night over sending several HEAT and APFSDS rounds on a single CV90 that didn't get destroyed for some reason, which then I got killed by his ATGM. But then I remembered, this is Battlefield 6. 🤦

Temu Leopard. Not from a livery mod, but default in Steel Beasts if you put China as a faction. 😂

I tried out the Siege of Orison last night in #StarCitizen, and I found it to be quite hard for solo players. The performance and frame rates weren't great. The instance was neat, even though players later reported issues; if you died and logged off, you could return to your old body and try again.

Yesterday, during a chaotic battle in the forest, my wingman was hit by an RPG but they were still able to move. I encouraged them to drive over the troops and block the BMP to maintain their position. Eventually, our LAVs arrived and finished off the enemy. Haven't had this chaos in a while. 😂

Not confirmed at this time, but if true. I would've preferred Hanwha KSS-III for its vertical launchers and its commitment to invest in the domestic market and jobs. Also, its package to bring K9 Thunder and other armoured vehicles would've been a great bonus. Such a shame, really.
