No way either of the #bweirdOCtober2026 prompts I had plans for this week are going to be done in time so here's some WIP sketches for today's prompt. Chaos imediately made me think of Kalais & @lizzierobillard.bsky.social 's Rhembus. We'll see if I can pull off the full idea I have for this one.

Unfinished sketch of my OC Kalais. His is wearing light, leather armour and aiming a bow (which has not been drawn yet) straight ahead whith a mischievous smile on his face.

Mostly finished but still rough sketch of Lizzie Robilard's OC Rhembus. He is wearing 'the invitation' armour from Dragon Age The Veilguard. He has one hand outstretched (which will be casting magic in the finished piece). One corner of his mouth is turned up in a little smirk.

Congrats on 600 followers Knutty! Late to the party, but Hi I'm Phantom. I played DAO & 2 when they came out then didn't pick up DAI until just before DATV came out & then they took over my brain. I'm having a great time drawing mine & other people's OCs & I'm tempted to do a bit more DA crochet.

#bweirdOCtober2026 Day 8-relationships Wasn't doing non-starred days unless I had old stuff to use, but my #fieldsofmistria OC recently stopped being single! Still want to do a few other 8 heart events before deciding if Ryis is Taren's one & only but I'm weak for a finding home in eachother story

#bweirdOCtober2026 Day 3 - Old OC Several weeks ago I rediscovered a folder filled with the pages I drew for a webcomic I was working on nearly 20 years ago 😱, so I took some pictures of my favoirte panels on my phone. These guys are some of my earliest developed OCs: Cal, Hotaru, T.D. & Amaya.

He is looking down, eyes partially closed, a tired expression on his face. They are wearing a tank top with the neckline partially unbuttoned, short denim shorts and high top trainers (think converse). Their arms suggest they are fairly strong and muscular, but their musculature is not defined and their raised arm has caused their shirt to ride up revealing they have a bit of a belly. There is a little blushy face speech bubble off to the side suggesting that out of frame one of the Mistria NPCs has wandered onto the farm at this moment and is enjoying the view.

#bweirdOCtober2026 day 2 - New OC My newest OC is my Fields of Mistria farmer, Taren. I was not expecting to develop this one but sometimes the ideas just happen. They're still telling me who they are as a character, but I started sketching what he might look like if he was more than 30 pixels tall

@wcshepard.bsky.social 's Ruya Laidir has such a sweet smile. I loved drawing her! As my first Veilguard Qunari I was prepared to take my time with this one but Ruya appeared fairly easily in my sketchbook so I decided to try drawing some of her armour for an extra challenge.

🏹Almost. Kalais and Davrin got walked in on a few times in the lighthouse. Luckily it was always before things had gone too far and even the worst time they were still partially clothed.

⚔️So many times. I feel like Ves and Ana have each seen the other having sex with someone else at least once and it just doesn't phase them. Plus, despite several awkward moments (for everyone else) and constant reminders, Ves and Bull never do lock the door to his quarters in Skyhold.

🐺Never. Bas makes sure he can't be walked in on. Partly due to embarrassment and partly as it makes it more likely someone would see his scars.

8. How did they lose their virginity? #nsfw

🏹Kalais lost his to Aodhán. They had been friends their whole life and a romantic couple for a few years before Kalais started experiencing sexual attraction and desire for the first time. They took things slow working out what Kalais was comfortable with before they first had sex and Aodhán made sure Kalais felt safe and looked after the whole time.

⚔️As horny teenagers Ves and his best friend Ana were curious what sex was like and decided it might as well be with someone they trust so tested it out with eachother. The first time wasn't great, kind of awkward and they laughed a lot, but it didn't discourage them from getting some more practice in.

🐺Bas' first time was with a girl he dated for a little while in high-school. Neither of them really knew what they were doing, it was sort of fumbly and awkward but it was OK.

🏹It usually takes a little while for Kalais just because he often needs to get in the right headspace and not let his thoughts distract him, so it takes him a bit to get completely lost in it.

⚔️Ves is good at lasting for a reasonable amount of time unless he's completely overwhelmed. Though currently he takes as long as Bull decides he will.

🐺Now that Bas has found a dynamic he likes, he'll do his best to last as long as he needs to to make sure his partner finishes.

🔮Ed can endure a lot of teasing (both taking and giving) but only lasts a fairly average (or the quicker side of it) amount of time once the main event starts.

@lizzierobillard.bsky.social my first though was "oh no. How much trouble would Kalais and Rhembus get up to if they both had access to lightning magic" 😆

Kalais would find it exciting unless he accidentally did something that hurt someone and then he'd be more frightened of it. The first time lightning shoots out of Kalais' hands startles him but then a big grin spreads across his face (much to the fear of everyone else in the vicinity) and he imediately tries to do it again. Once he's tested the magic out a bit he excitedly rushes off to find Rhembus and is just like "look I can make my own lightning now!" Rhembus tries to help him control it a bit better so the magic is less chaotic, probably tries to get him to take magic more seriously as it can be dangerous, but they also just have fun messing around. (If Rhembus now doesn't have magic due to this weird phenomenon Kalais would try and teach him archery so they can swap and test out eachother's powers and gear).

Ves' first reaction would likely be along the lines of "Oh fuck! Fuck, fuck fuck!", probably as ice starts to cover the things around him. He has no idea how to use magic and because of that would be worried how dangerous that could be. He'd try his best not to use it and imediately go and find Bel, Dalsih or Vivienne (depending on who he was with at the time) to help him control it. He'd probably want to get rid of the magic as soon as possible but if that wasn't possible he'd want to make sure he learnt how to use it properly.
