That first debate was so fun, what do you think: #PostgreSQL on Kubernetes - just because you can, doesn't mean you should? Or match made in heaven (get it, because it's cloud native?!)? Get ready to discuss the benefits and drawbacks with autotuning: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJYE...

Autotuning for #PostgreSQL promises time savings, fewer errors, and smarter performance—but is it always a win? What about over-tuning, lack of context, or hidden overhead? Can automation really replace expert judgment? Join our debate to hear both sides: www.postgresql.eu/events/pgday...

On the card, our debaters on the topic of autotuning: Luigi Nardi from DBTune, Guy Giles from Zebanza, and Mayuresh Suresh Bagayatkar from Veeam. EDBs Floor Drees will lead the debate.

Running #PostgreSQL on Kubernetes offers big wins—automation, portability, scaling, and HA—but it’s not without challenges: complex storage and networking to DBAs having to learn a new tech, it’s a hot topic for debate. Decide where you stand! www.postgresql.eu/events/pgday...

The card highlights our 4 debaters: Dmitry Fomin from Adyen, Matt Cornillon from Google, Jonathan Battiato from EDB, Emrah Becer from EPO
