Rendering my set with effects took 5 hours.. eww

PFS @pfsmusic.net · 13/09/2026

Apparently I also have an Instagram account that I completely forgot about. I wonder if I should start uploading too again, though I would like to upload once and it just spreads to all the accounts. Would certainly make it easier.

The set went great, I have three camera angles of footage to work with that I will get ready for an upload to the channel. I'll make a post about it when it's ready for upload.

PFS @pfsmusic.net · 12/09/2026

Date reception is not the greatest at this location so I don't think I'll be able to stream the set tonight, but I will record it for future upload. It's gonna be hot so be sure to swing by.

I will be in Minneapolis this evening for migration, and It's gonna be a nice chill time that I am looking forward too.

I have a plan to start a once a month stream to force my time into some music creation. I'll slowly build from there.

I'm betting that when my lease is up in February they will want to increase rent. Despite the market being pretty good for renters right now. My unit type is in high demand and over 5 grand usually. I signed early enough that I had a hell of a deal. Doubt that deal will last. We will see.

I really need to work on my back. This is the second time this year I've thrown it out.

I'm starting to see Amtrak tickets are cheaper than airfair out of my state. This is shocking. I adore Amtrak, but it really sucks having such crappy departure hours of either 11:20pm or 3:20am.

PFS @pfsmusic.net · 07/07/2026

I'm trying to figure out how I could scan this to make a modification and then print it. The holes are not exactly what I need to attach this where I want. So I wonder if this would just be a typical 3d scanner or if I should figure out how to make it from scratch with no skills xD

My city doesn't allow fireworks currently from the drought and fire issues we have been having. It's been nice so far, let see if this holds up. I prefer not to hear randoms lighting fireworks.

PFS @pfsmusic.net · 21/06/2026

We have very large fires in Utah right now. Multiple ones in different areas that are causing evacuations. This is nuts.

Ever get that feeling when you start a recording that you forgot something? I forgot to pass the audio through to obs. There goes 2 hours of silence.

All done. Back home and melting from that June 92 heat

Got those pre set jitters. Two hour set at 3pm for my pride festival. Not really going to bother with a video record for this one as it's too hot to deal with that right now.

I, for one, would enjoy a government which is not quite so repugnant.

It's the worst when you mess up your tongue and can't speak right. Couldn't tell you what I did, only that I hope it's over quickly.

Probably one of the most important things I've learned is to be patient with wanting to get the things you need or want. Letting time tick by until you have the money you need tends to go over better. Also making a list and setting a priority is a good way to keep it all in perspective.

Livestream definitely had some issues tonight. I'll need to think ahead next time for a way around that.

I started my journey Sunday at 3am by train, getting to my final destination by train tonight around 9pm from many transfers. Long.. yes, worth it? Yes. Train travel is a beautiful thing.

PFS @pfsmusic.net · 04/02/2026

I miss the days of being able to sleep in any position in any situation during travel. I don't know how I did it. Even sleeping on the ground in general. How was this possible back then...

It's the purple street lights. So spook, many scared.

020

PFS @pfsmusic.net · 02/02/2026

A train ride isn't so bad long distance. The sleepers I find difficult to consider as they don't seem to have AC, and it seems hard to sleep. Otherwise it's not so bad.

I spent time in my state capitol today advocating for a citizen project. If I learned anything, politics are supposed to be boring. Meeting with your reps is also very beneficial over emails and calls.

It's... something watching older movies that I watched as a kid and coming across moments of "oh, he's dead" or "oh, she's dead". This aging kinda sucks huh

So I haven't gotten into some recent show applications. Small setback because I was trying too hard. Haha. Anyway I'll be sure to mention any I can get into. Travel costs are pretty up there so we will see.

Kinda miss my younger years of constantly releasing stuff. Times sure do change when you have responsibility. Being 32 almost 33 is a kick in the balls for not having as much free time. I should start by putting the phone down as that kills a lot of time haha

I've found myself watching CSI crime scene investigation. I would watch this all the time as a kid. Spiketv I think, I only remember bits and pieces but this show slaps.

Gonna try for LVFC this next time along with submitting to anex again. I don't have any other shows this year so once I get these submissions ready I should finish my other projects for the end of the year.
