I did a reported feature for Men's Health on sleep apnea and every expert said guys our age should get them...and then also said many GPs are clueless about it. I asked my doctor and she shrugged and told me to try cutting caffeine.

In the last six months, my sleeping has gotten progressively worse and my GP suggested I try cutting caffeine intake. Willng to try it for a month or two but not fun so far.
