Picked up the second volume in the Dungeon Crawler Carl series, "Carl's Doomsday Scenario".

Took a longer than normal 4K walkabout of Uptown Charlotte just to keep moving. Last couple of days of workouts has been rough, good to loosen up a bit.

I went to pick up the second book in the Dungeon Crawler Carl series hearing that different stores had different editions. I must have missed those and tried to check out 2nd and Charles on South and found that it closed. Pretty surprised by that.

Yesterday we finally made it to the Spirit store. We had to roll down to Rock Thrill, I didn't see one close to us here in Charlotte which is weird. I like the animatronics, I don't think that they fit into what we do at the Casa De Spooky for Halloween.

7am CrossFit was a mix of barbell Thrusters + Pull-ups + 400m runs. I almost dialed put feeling a little rough and damn happy that I didn't. First to finish and even though it was rough I stayed strong. I think my endurance of doing CrossFit for over 14 years helped a lot today.

Because of the way that the holiday fell this week is the first full on back in the office. I'm excited about it all and honestly want to keep this excited feeling going. It can so easily drift off in the grind especially when work is not always the most exciting.
