I've been tracking Puget Sound Energy’s nonstop work to restore power after the #Seattle #BombCyclone. My back of the envelope says everyone should have power restored by 6 PM Saturday. Sending grace and warmth to the 100,000 people still without power. public.tableau.com/views/PSEout...

Puget Sound Energy has their hands full restoring service after a big windstorm hit the Seattle area overnight. The line people keep bringing the number down, but the data keeps getting updated, bringing it back up.

A line chart showing the count of power outages and customers impacted from 12 PM to 7 PM today. Both lines follow a similar roughly V shape at different scales. There was a mostly steady decline from 373,000 customers affected at 1:30 PM to 218,000 at 4:20 PM. then a reversal to 342,000 customers at 5:40 PM. The latest data is from 6:35 PM, with 1,199 outages and 338,586 customers.
