This post popped up right next to the Cheeto guy talking about how it’d be ok to “take out San Diego.”

The NYT is a Susan Collins for our age, forever uncomfortable or concerned and never candidly reporting on sources or causes. NYT could say "Polymarket is a scourge, here's a symptom."

that distrust didn't come from nowhere. It was started and is spread by baseless fraud claims from Republicans, and this WaPo piece leaves that out ... it's missing the central part of the story.

No facts. WaPo just knows he cares but his efforts fail. Nobody's fault.

I think Abe Lincoln or Mark Twain said "If you come for the king, you best not miss." Not a great move by the SG.

That interview (that Tim conducted very clumsily) revealed how shallow Swan’s and Haberman’s reporting is … they report only what they’re told w no other source material and more important no analysis… does this make sense, is it just, etc. All game no stakes

Those of you who have been told by a judge at a hearing "I've read your briefs and am familiar w the facts and issues" .. this hearing is the opposite

again, very solicitous of "harm" to the Trump administration's goals, no consideration of harm to states plus a ... bonus ... the states are at fault for the rule in the first place. Keep in mind these two clowns are on the Supreme Court.

Someone please tell the agents that they should save the "agents are told they will not be personally liable" for breaking the law emails for their sentencing hearings. Perhaps it will get them a shorter incarceration. "Just following orders" works every time.

Impeachment of select judges (start w the S. Ct. and go from there, for corruption (re Thomas) and malfeasance, misconduct (re O’Connor). Don’t care if you don’t have the votes, run the trials. Air it out. Ask yourself why we have to tolerate this?

Josh, the issue is less with elite lawyers and more w judges w little to no experience trying cases on behalf of average people (e.g., public defender (Jackson)). Watch her empathy. Experience as current appellate judge, law professor, exec adviser, Congress adviser, etc., is disqualifying.
