I have a lot of clients do Seated Pigeon Pose Requires no setup, I recommend it specifically because of how you can do it literally whenever you're sitting down. Because let's be real, if I recommend a full stretching routine it gets binned, but something possible whenever has a chance to stick

While obviously it's a game almost completely niche now, that's something that I think really worked for StarCraft and especially StarCraft II when they were the standard bearers for esports. Humans v Bugs v Aliens was always super clear visually. And flashy, esp in the bio v muta/ling/bane meta
