Farage (et al) are trying to whip this up into yet another grievance by implying that Broadmoor is a soft option, incompatible with the gravity of the crime, despite it being where the Yorkshire Ripper and Ronnie Kray, amongst others, were held. It's so irresponsible, manipulative & corrosive.
