I don’t think people realize just how pissed off 🌮 is that he was convicted of fraud and rape in New York City. He ultimately HATES the USA. He’s dying and not hiding his contempt. The actions he has done this past year and a half will cause the USA harm for the next 20+ years.

What foreign ship would want to come to a US port only to be boarded by ICE agents?? I see 2 possible scenarios: 1 - taco administration seizes the ship and the goods 2 - the foreign ship is a terrorist "Trojan horse" with explosives or some other items to create a catastrophe.
