Our own @common-loot.com had the pleasure of sitting down with two legends in Cliff Blezinski and Brian McGuinness to discuss the F13 Podcast. In doing so, it brought upon a wave of reflections of what it takes to "create" across industries. His discussion: seasonedgaming.com/2026/09/11/i...

It Goes to F13 : A Discussion with Cliffy B. and Brian McGuinness

When I was young and knee deep in the remains of the locust horde, I only had one thought coursing through my brain and it was how cool Gears of War was.

Really proud of my guy @common-loot.com with this one. Not only is chatting with Cliff and Brian cool to begin with, but it allowed Steve to reflect on his own creative pursuits over the years. This article is a fun journey. Appreciate any support of it! 🙌🏼

It’s miserable weather outside. My wife is relaxing, wrapped up reading a book, and my daughter just got back from a birthday sleepover where she didn't really sleep much, so she has taken herself to bed. I'm giving myself a day off from chores, the gym, etc., and will be here for most of the day😌

Playing through the bonus missions before continuing the core campaign. This game really is gorgeous, and captures the Halo aesthetic so well. #Halo

As a huge fan of the series overall, and Black Flag itself, @theslayergiant.bsky.social spent over 50 hours exploring the new remake from @ubisoft.com . So how does it fare? And did the changes to the original formula improve it? His spoiler-free review: seasonedgaming.com/2026/07/08/r...

Review : Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced : Hoist the Colors

The Assassin's Creed franchise will turn 20 years old next year. Let that sink in. Considering the series age, it's not surprising Ubisoft is now jumping

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is in many fans’ Top 5 entries in the series, if not their favorite entry overall. I’m happy to report Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced underlines why that is. Ubisoft should be proud with this one. My review live at @seasonedgaming.bsky.social

After watching Edgerunners, I immediately jumped back onto Cyberpunk. Incredible how this show made me feel for the characters in a span of 10 short episodes. The associated content in the game, and that song........ evoked all the feels 😭. #CyberpunkEdgerunners #Cyberpunk2077

I just binged the whole season of Edgerunners and it was fucking spectacular. In a relatively short space of time, it made you really care about the characters, the whole thing was so incredibly well done Ending was tragic, heart wrenching even, but absolutely brilliant Night City....here I come!

Ok,so I installed a mod on Witcher 3 called "The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project NextGen Edition" by Halk Hogan The older version of this MOD was officially utilised by @cdpr.bsky.social apparently for the Next Gen update, and this is a further update to that 1/3

Daughter has a friend coming for a sleepover I asked her what she wanted me to cook for their dinner She says "Chicken and Chorizo special rice, with the rice seasoned the way you do it, and some sweetcorn added please, maybe some olives as well" If my parents asked me this I'd have said "Pizza"🙃

The gameplay in The Last Of Us Part 2 is excellent. A bit messy in this clip, couple of bad shots/mistakes, but tbh, that kind of encapsulates the combat encounters in this game. Messy, imperfect, brutal and just about getting the job done. Absolutely loving this game #TheLastOfUsPart2 #TLOUP2

Peter @pete85.bsky.social · 25/05/2026

Wrapped up The Boys. Final season and ending were fine in my opinion. I was expecting a "Daenerys Targaryen" level flip out with Homelander laying waste to a city or something, but overall it was a good end, though not great. First 1 - 3 seasons remain the strongest imo

The Last Of Us Part 2 really is a stunning game. No advanced rendering features (by today's standards at least). But the attention to detail, and meticulous tike spent lighting and directing each scene, is phenomenal. Captures from PC #TheLastOfUsPart2 #TLOUP2
