i love reading fics that have crossover from all the different games if you couldn't tell. it makes the stories more cohesive to me

ao3 persona fic recommendations, a 🧵

510

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

should i start posting fic recommendations would any of you actually care

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

i love randomposting on my various accounts. i just do whatever. anyways going back to fanfiction i really like how authors can actually characterize goro akechi properly when they try. because sometimes he'll feel *too* evil or *too* remorseful. he is the epitome of morally grey

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

including my own following tab unfortunately

010

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

i probably should be making all of this a thread or something but honestly. don't care too much. sorry to my oomfs whose tls will be clogged with my yapping

010

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

which: i don't think those will get a real REMAKE in a very long time if ever.

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

atlus it's been six years since ROYAL came out and almost a decade since p5 vanilla. there was a four year gap between golden and p5. give us something that ISN'T a remake. unless it's a p1 and p2 remake.

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

the p4 remake leaks actually almost made me cry because why is atlus still not making a new persona game. not that i'll be able to afford it anymore as an american in the first place but please oh my god i do not CARE about p4

010

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

while im talking about newsona: the only thing that i truly LOVE about p4 is the soundtrack it's nearly unbeatable. the game was FINE and i think if i tried to restart my golden playthrough i COULD do it i just. can't care too much about the actual game.

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

i seriously don't know how i got through p3r without just looking it up instead. i guess p3 has just never really been my thing but i pushed through in 65 hrs somehow. p3p was much more interesting to me. even though that playthrough HALVED the time of my p3r playthrough. (it came in at 29hrs)

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

i read too much idealized fanfiction to actually care about the barebones plot of any of the newsona games. it makes it a million times better

010

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

like. imagine you are the most boring person and only play the game and take everything face value and don't come up with any of your own interesting theories at ALL. and you also don't interact with other fans.

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

this is the type of shit that happens when you let me think about persona too long man idk. it adds layers. it makes the series more bearable to indulge in because let's be honest the only way that the 3, 4, and 5 plots can be saved is with the creativity of fans in fics and art

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

you can also add futaba into the sibling mix if you want to. she has the same bloodtype as goro. (AB-, ken is AB) also we never really know about futaba's biological father and we all know the kind of guy the justice bros' father is... all i'm sayin is that it's not impossible

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

and also while im on the topic of akechi: i hate his canon sprite. there i said it. he looks too pale. i took the liberty of doing my own sprite edit. i win (bonus ken as well) #goroakechi

000

trinity @personatrinitysoul.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

a lot of the brainrot for justice bros(™) comes from this fic: archiveofourown.org/works/16933119 and it's SO FUCKING GOOD THE WRITING IS IMMACULATE. it updated for the first time in two+ years the other day and when i tell you i was ecstatic #persona3 #persona5

dont ask me about what most of this actually entails half of it is just pure vibes. except for the akechi and ken half brothers. i could yap abt that SOOOOOO much. #persona #persona1 #persona2 #persona3 #persona4 #persona5 #personatrinitysoul

I look at my sketch pages and i question my sanity

various digital sketch drawings of naoya persona 1, the most prominent one being him posing all cutesy with the others on the side displaying various different forms of judgement asking, "Is this mf doing aegyo for a spell-card!?"

w the raidou remake, i'm fascinated by the connections p2 has to raidou [2006], some being through the devil summoner series rather than raidou specifically. kuzunoha relates to a devil summoner clan, while narumi's the detective agency + a character in raidou, a reference forwards rather than back

Ulala Serizawa in Persona 2 Eternal Punishment, saying to the party at Aoba Park, "Ah! I got it! Just spread a rumor... So, let's go to Kuzunoha!"

Chief Todoroki at Kuzunoha, saying to the party, "I need 3000 yen to spread this rumor. Do you want me to do it?" The rumour is, "An individual at Parabellum... That individual is allegedly a woman." The "yes" option is highlighted.

Katsuya Suou at Ebony, saying, "Narumi is really calm... There aren't many accidents or crimes. It's a great place to live."

Helios's introduction, reading, "I am Helios... Bearing the ancient sun, I am the one who violates the night! I shall become your loyal chariot!!"
