I don't usually shoot birds but I took a trip to Loess Bluff in Northwest MO to capture some bald eagles during their annual migration. Since the water was frozen there were not too many opportunities there so I mostly got tree shots. 000

I use my smartphone for a lot of things but I find using the real camera on a tripod allows me to slow things down and focus (figuratively). The phone makes snapshots but the camera makes photos. 020
