Daily Doodle 27 I've had my ups and downs this year (mostly downs) but one thing that I'm very appreciative of is getting back into drawing my own characters. So this is a thank you to everyone joining me in this journey, we gotta keep on truckin' and keep making art together. #dailydoodle #myart

A simple picture of Sara and Fist with "Thanks for the Support" written above them.

This isn't a Daily Doodle since I did this a while ago, I just never posted it. Sometimes I work on a little fantasy side project called Page. I wanted to create a doppelganger rival for the titular character, so here is a character I call Turn. Not sure why I didn't post this lol #myart

A puppet/robotic doppelganger of Page, her name is Turn.

I do plan on doing a doodle once a week still, but I might be late with this week because I got distracted with a different project. I just don't wanna keep people in the dark like I used to do. Things are good though, hope you all are well...!

Daily Doodle 26 A quicky doodle of Sara as she would appear during the events of chapter 1 of my story. I mainly wanted to draw this because it's basically how I feel today. But we carry on. #dailydoodle #myart

Sara wearing a medical gown and wrapped head to toe in bandages. To her side she holds onto an IV attached to her wrist.

I hate to admit this, but I'm going to scale back my daily doodles. I've been stressed out and it has made me feel worse about my art overall. I'm happy to have grown more comfortable drawing my characters, but I'm going to make updates weekly rather than daily. Thank you for the support though 🙇‍♀️

I don't know how often I'll do fanart with these daily doodles. The intention was to help people get to know my OCs and stuff, but I was just in the mood to draw some fighting game characters today. Maybe I could draw OCs from other artists in the future? Who knooows.

010

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Daily Doodle 25 I wanted to take a break from drawing my OCs. So have my fighting game main..... secondaries! I'm always looking for an excuse to draw Testament, but also I've never drawn Kimberly, and I really wanted to! Boy what a juxtaposition between the two, huh? lol #dailydoodle #myart

A picture of Testament from Guilty Gear Strive and Kimberly (P2 costume) from Street Fighter 6. Kind of an odd duo but they're my fighting game secondary mains, and I love them damnit 🥺

Today was a bit of a long one, I got together with a lot of my family. It was nice, but exhausting. I'm shocked I managed to have time for a doodle. Well, I'm not that shocked, I've been waking up at like 4am lol I think I'll get to rest for a while now, it's gonna feel very nice and good 🙂‍↕️

Daily Doodle 24 Here's some random bits of info about Sara and Fist, all while they play some games on their break. I wonder who is winning.... #dailydoodle #myart

Sara and Fist playing cards, Sara says "Got any sevens?" and Fist replies "I thought this was Blackjack..."

There are lists of info about Sara and Fist above them and it includes the following

"Sara Vile
- Former Outlaw
- Rapid Healing Abilities
(lets her be stretchy)
- Surprisingly Good Singer
- Dry Sense of Humor
(not with sarcasm)
- Loves Street Food
- Avoids Conflicts"

"Bryony "Fist" Black
- Grew Up on a Farm
- Manipulates Kinetic Force
(with bubbles?)
- Draws When She is Bored
- Fun Loving, but Short Tempered
- Loves Homemade Meals
- Tends to be Shy Towards Strangers
(quick to open up though)"

I think I'm going to take wednesdays off from my daily doodles too, just so I can avoid burnout. It's certainly been an experience trying to do so much art, and it's been a long time since I've actually drawn a lot of these characters so it's nice getting to see them again. I'm just.. so tired lol

010

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

I kind of had a more ambitious picture in mind for Shelly, but I needed to scale back a bit with these doodles, and I'm glad I did. This still came out pretty good, Shelly is always fun to draw. I think I'm at my best when I'm drawing weirdo freak women. And I'm glad you guys appreciate them too 🙂‍↕️

Daily Doodle 23 The doctor is in! Dr. Shelly Price, of course. Not much to say about this one, I was in the mood to draw her next. So I hope you guys enjoy 🙇‍♀️ #dailydoodle #myart

A picture of Dr. Shelly Price just kind of standing there. Menacingly.

Last week I had the theme of lore and stuff, this week I think I'ma take it easy and just do whatever. Maybe tone down the effort a bit because I think I was kind of going too hard trying to do full completed pictures. I need to get silly with it, for sure.

000

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Daily Doodle 22 Here's an experiment, what is Sara even wearing? Is it a single piece romper suit, or is it a shirt and shorts combo that's the same color? I did a poll in two separate Discord servers and they both ended in a tie. So... I unno, maybe it's both? lol Who knows! #dailydoodle #myart

A side by side comparison of Sara without her jacket and belt. On the left is Sara wearing a single piece romper style suit. On the right is Sara wearing a shirt and shorts that are the same color.

I didn't even realize it was Friday today lol I'm probably not gonna do a bonus pic for missing yesterday, I've been so exhausted and I can use the break. This week of art was experimental with a lot of ups and downs, next week will hopefully be back to business as usual.

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Daily Doodle 21 Not much a massive lore dump here. I just wanted to show off that when you're augmented with Jet, like Sara, your blood actually turns black. That's where it gets its name, don'tcha know. And don't worry about Sara, she'll heal up just fine! #dailydoodle #myart

Sara is standing with half of her body damaged and bleeding, her blood is black because she augmented with Jet. The details of the damage are admittedly low because I didn't want to draw straight up gore or anything. Anyway, she's saying "It's mostly the tailor bill I'm worried about" as her jacket got torn up. It also shows off how non-nonchalant she is about taking such critical damage due to having accelerated healing.

Can’t post a daily doodle today. Power went out today and it’s hot and I’m melting and also I didn’t sleep. Several terrible life choices catching up on me. Oops lol

020

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Almost forgot to give my update for the day because of my sleep schedule. Also it was hoooot today. What the hell summer why do you always wait go the hardest when you're about to end ;-; Also this picture came out kind of eh because I rushed it. Oops, hopefully I can get back on track with art lol

000

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Daily Doodle 20 Yesterday I talked about Jet powers, but there's another result that can occur from augmentation. A rare outcome that's unique to humans is mutation, where the subject becomes animal-like. Here's Vera, who mutated to have a rat like appearance. Be nice to her! #dailydoodle #myart

Vera, a mutant with a rat-like appearance, simply standing in place not doing anything particularly interesting. She has big hair though so that's kind of fun.

I am super excited for that new Metroid like oh my god and that new Kirby was really cute too. That direct was still like 85% ass though, Nintendo really needs to completely scrap this current format keep Switch 2 update announcements out of them. That can be a tweet or random youtube upload lol

020

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

You might have noticed I posted this kind of early. That's because I've completely wrecked my sleep schedule and I posted it it right before going to bed. And I am just waking up now, isn't that great? ... anyways, I wanted to try to do something fun here with this fake ad. It was fun to do, yay.

000

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Daily Doodle 19 Ever wonder how people in the wasteland got super powers? Well that's because they all have that Jet in their blood! Jet Augmentation is a life threatening procedure that's frowned upon in society, but the powers it can grant more than make up for it! #dailydoodle #myart

A fake advertisement flier for Jet that features an illustration of Beaumont Industries head spokeswoman, Molly Dahlia, and the cartoon mascot, Lucky Chameleon.

They gotta stop having gaming presentations at 6-7am, everyone is cranky lol

000

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Back to the daily doodle grind. Though this week should be different. It's more lore dumping/worldbuilding, which I'm hoping will be a fun change of pace. Otherwise, today was okay. My headphones broke which wasn't great, but I can't complain about much else. I hope y'all had a good day 👏

000

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Daily Doodle 18 I think for this week, I'm going to do some worldbuilding doodles. So let's start off with the thing I think I always gotta explain the most, GEAR. They're a fictional race in my comic, akin to elves in fantasy. Keep an eye out for who is a GEAR, there's a lot! #dailydoodle #myart

A picture explaining what a GEAR is. Fist is being used as an example, showing off what her arm and leg look like when she takes off her gauntlets. The written notes about GEAR include:

-GEAR are NOT robots!
-They have metal features, but are organic beings
-Humans and GEAR live together in the wastelands
-GEAR are more durable than humans

The reference also points out that GEAR with two tone features are uncommon, while GEAR with metal legs are EXTREMELY RARE!

YEEAAH GOLURK. All these are good, I also especially like Clobbopus, it is especially friend shaped here...!

010

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Wowie there's another week of doodles for ya. I'm happy I get a break for the weekend. I am trying my best to help establish my characters more, but I have so many of them, I gotta try and narrow the focus a bit. Drawing more Sara and Fist should be good. But I will save after for the break 🙂‍↕️

010

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Daily Doodle 17 I've shown off what Sara could do, now here is what Fist can do! Her ability is creating bubbles of kinetic energy that burst with extreme force. Normally the energy is not seen by the naked eye but I like making them pink for the audience to see 🙂‍↕️ #dailydoodle #myart

Fist punching upward, using her ability to create a bubble of kinetic force to break a large rock over her. The pose is somewhat familiar though, maybe something you could street fight with, for a third or fourth time.

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

I'm very happy with the way this pic came out, I feel good about it 🙂‍↕️ Though I am starting to struggle with new picture ideas now, that's easily the hardest part about doing a picture a day lol But I got one day for this week left so I'll do my best 😤

000

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Daily Doodle 16 "All Fun And Games When Somebody Gets Hurt" was the full title I wanted for this, but couldn't fit it lol This is Thevira and I wanted to do something special with her, so I made this picture in the style of an album cover, I hope it's good lol #dailydoodle #myart

Thevira posing with a wicked grin while gripping an old fashioned microphone stand. In the background, a mushroom cloud is going off in the distance. Boy I wonder if that was her doing at all.

261

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

I'ma be real, I really didn't like how this one came out. I've had friends tell me it's good but this is the first doodle since starting this where I was disappointed in my work. Which I guess it's good it took so long to happen. But I'll do my best to improve from here, hopefully tomorrow is better

Daily Doodle 15 A mysterious figure with a scythe appears... Oh it's only REDD, good ol' REDD! Not much to say about this one, I hope you guys like it lol #dailydoodle #myart

REDD standing rigidly with his scythe in hand. He's not doing anything particularly interesting, hm.

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

This life update is waaaay late, I think I need to hard fix my schedule if I wanna start posting at normal times again. Oops lol Though that also means there's not a whole lot to really talk about since it's literally past midnight and I'm basically in the middle of my day. Oh well, that's life!

000

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

Daily Doodle 14 Just a quicky doodle today because I woke up late and I'm exhausted. Plus, it's always fun to see more Fist, right? Right 🙂‍↕️ #dailydoodle #myart

Fist curiously looking towards the audience, holding up her fist, and asking "Punch 'em?". I get the feeling this is her answer to just about anything.

262

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

My sleep schedule has been taking a nose dive, I woke up and immediately started this picture so I could get it done today lol But also this was a pretty fun one to do so I'm not even complaining. It's nice to be able to show off characters that haven't really gotten time to shine. Woo.

Daily Doodle 13 The Wastelands has one true hero, protector of the every day. That hero simply known as "The Post Woman"! Delivering mail and packages throughout the harsh environments of The Wastelands. Call for her when you need her most, to send a letter to those you love! #dailydoodle #myart

A portrait of the legendary Post Woman, pointing up to the sky dynamically, she's so cool...!!!

Would you believe it I actually woke up at a decent hour today? But the monkey paw was that I had the worst allergies today and I was out of commission for most of of the day. Isn't life great? lol Ah well, now I can take break for real now, feels good 🙂‍↕️

Daily Doodle 12 I had a lot of friends wanting me to draw up Aurora for this daily doodle thing, so I finally decided to deliver on this extra bonus doodle day. I'm not sure why I waited so long to have her show up, but better late than never...! #dailydoodle #myart

Aurora leaping up in the air with her chainsaw sword in hand, a small bit of smoke bellowing from it.

I've been sleeping in so much lately and my days have been feeling so short 🫩 Buuut I'm very happy with how this picture came out so that's good...! I did say I'd make up for missing a daily doodle on Tuesday, so expect something tomorrow.. you'll see.... 🫵

Daily Doodle 11 I was suggested to draw Kandy today, who am I to object to that? She feels like one of those characters of mine who I personally love but might not become a crowd favorite or anything. But I still love her, and that's all that matters 🙂‍↕️ #dailydoodle #myart

Kandy surrounded with toxic bubbles that spell out her name. Kandy is blue today, just in case you were wondering.

Peridot Project @peridotproject.bsky.social · 28/08/2026

Almost forgot to do my daily life update, oops lol I've been waking up pretty late so these posts are getting horrible visibility, but it's whatevs. I'm mostly doing these to prove to myself I can do art, and I am 😤 Otherwise today was a nothing day, which is good considering how the week was lol

Daily Doodle 10 Oh damn we're in the double digits now, woo! Well for such a big number, how about we post the big man himself, the one and only, THE BLACK KNIGHT. He's probably someone you don't wanna run into.... #dailydoodle #myart

The Black Knight standing intimidatingly. He truly is a big man.

Oh boy, today wasn't the blob out relax day I was hoping it was, but it was still way nicer than yesterday was lol I did treat myself to trying Buldak ramen for the first time though. Boy howdy that stuff sure is spicy. And good. I liked it 🙂‍↕️

Daily Doodle 9 Had to take yesterday off for doodles but I'm back at it again! I wanted to finalize this girl I designed a while back. I don't have a name for her yet but she's for sure made her way into the story officially. Also she has motor powered roller skates now. Neat. #dailydoodle #myart

An unnamed gothic lolita girl with dark skin and large circular shades. She has dual tommy guns extending from the sleeves of her outfit, as well as boots with roller skate wheels and exhaust pipes coming from the back of them.

Today has certainly been... a day lol Honestly, August has been a rough month for me, but it should be wrapping up soon and I can't wait. Not much going on other than I accidentally uploaded this pic with a glaring mistake so I had to delete it and upload it again, so that's always fun lol
