More action is being taken against the SRA for regulatory failures. Reminder: the SRA has been investigating Mark Lewis of Patron Law for 6 years on and off. It has yet to reach competent decisions on what to do about him. It is the most appalling failure of regulation.

On 27 March 2026, I published a Substack piece that contained evidence that Mark Lewis, Beth Grossman and Daniel Berke knowingly misled the High Court. I sent the SRA and BSB the piece. A month later, neither have been in touch to ask me for the evidence. I despair of their incompetence.

‼️New post‼️Mark Lewis and Patron Law acted for a fascist-curious client. Lewis ended the client’s no-win no-fee agreement and got £350k from a crypto billionaire with an anti-money laundering conviction. Lewis took the case to trial and lost badly. perincuriam2.substack.com/p/episode-16...

💥🧨 I suspected that the defendants’ lawyers in my case were motivated by malice against me - they wanted to harm me. Last week I published evidence which shows they talked about bringing me down, bankrupting me and getting £100k from me. Full story here: perincuriam2.substack.com/p/episode-13...

Mark Lewis must be struck off ASAP. He stopped acting for Eddy Cantor because of a conflict. He then emailed Cantor and his new solicitors to undermine their advice. And Lewis did so in the interests of himself and Patron Law. WTF was going on?

When Mr Cantor sent Mr Lewis and Mr Berke analytics data in May 2021, they advised Mr Cantor to reply to me saying "There are no analytics now".

Eddy Cantor sent Mark Lewis analytics data on 16 Sep 2022. Lewis did not disclose this data for the strike out application on 17 Jan 2023. Lewis wrote to me on 11 Apr 2023 to say he had now obtained analytics data from Cantor. What does anyone else think about this? 🤔

Barrister Beth Grossman of Doughty Street. In 2023, she spent 2 hours in the High Court arguing my claim be struck out on the ground of minimal publication on X/Twitter. It seems that she did this after her client had provided her evidence showing substantial publication.
