Our families fled war in Sudan, managing to evacuate to Egypt. Although we left everything we had behind, we were joyful to escape with our lives.
However, war never leaves us.
In Egypt, we are refugees, forced to pay high prices for necessities, with little opportunities for work that pays well. Even though our situation is difficult, the situation for relatives and friends who remain in Sudan is even worse.
Our campaign Hopes to provide relief to our 4 refugee families in Egypt, but to also evacuate more families from Sudan to save their lives.
