also found this one my ipad, these were my favorite selection of drawings that I originally did for a jojo art challenge! #myart #jojo

From left to right on top: Giorno Giovanna looking peaceful and surrounded by flowers, Yasuho on the phone with Paisley Park in the background, Dio Brando from part 3 looking down at the viewer
From left to right on bottom: Hot Pants looking unimpressed and using Cream Starter, Killer Queen dressed as Freddie Mercury from Queen's Killer Queen music video, Jolyne and Stone Free drawn in the style of Angelic Layer

I had to do digging around on my ipad to find this one. I love fanfiction. #myart #comic #residentevil #albertwesker #chrisredfield

the top panel shows 'me' reading fanfiction on my phone in bed tucked in with beanie baby. I am thinking: "I've been reading this Chris/Wesker fanfic where they're living together in this 'prison' for convoluted Wesker reasons-" the panel changes to me looking away, worried and continuing: "-but I keep forgetting what Wesker is supposed to be wearing..."
The middle panels show Wesker cooking and saying, "Chris what do you want for breakfast" next to him, floating text says "My brain keeps automatically dressing him up in his full RE5 outfit..." next to that shows Wesker fully laying on a bed in his trenchcoat, boots and all still on. Chris looks at him and wonders 'is he asleep?"
The bottom panel shows Wesker and Chris cuddling, even though Wesker looks amused, Chris is uncomfortable and thinks "wow this coat sucks to lay on" next to that shows Wesker and Chris watching a movie. Wesker seems to be writing notes about something, while Chris eats popcorn. Chris wonders if Wesker is comfortable.

hang on I had to delete that post cuz I forgot to do alt text

art was not meant to be my career, but it continues to bring me joy. I am happy knowing that I will always be able to create something self-indulgent when the mood hits me.

030

the only drawback to reposting art that is ten years old is that they are in my most-recent in the media tab now lol

000

some very old drawings related to a webcomic I used to work on! I had to really dig for these, most of the stuff I drew for it were in sketchbooks from when I first went to art school a lifetime ago. These are all from 2016! #myart

I illustrated this for my best friend in 2022! this is her cat Jason, who is named after Mr. Voorhees. I had a lot of fun with this, it's all traditional! ink, marker, and colored pencils #myart #jasonvoorhees

pet portrait showing a cat laying on their back, showing their belly and winking at the viewer. behind him shows a machete, an axe, jason's hockey mask, and what seems like blood trickling down.

I feel like I mostly attempt studies nowadays, but they've always been pretty fun practice! I like seeing how my process changes (or even stays the same)

010

this was one of the first things I drew in procreate when I first got it! it was a study of wesker, because I really enjoyed trying to attempt the intense lighting RE5 had (2021) #myart #residentevil #albertwesker

portrait of albert wesker from resident evil 5, with dramatic lighting

03914

this was when tomes were still released with extremely specific challenges. on this one, I remember I had to unhook people who had previously unhooked me in the same trial, and I had been stuck on it for days 😩 (2023) #myart #comic #DBD #ghostface

panel 1: zarina in the penguin cosmetic in the foreground, complaining with tears in her eyes: "noooo claudette! I need to unhook her for my challenge!!! GO AWAY!!!" in the background, rebecca chambers is hanging on the hook while claudette runs to her aid. You can see some black ribbons further in the distance.
panel 2: ghost face jumps out, shocking claudette and rebecca
panel 3: ghost face chases claudette off screen while zarina stares at them speechless. rebecca also stares at them as they run off.
panel 4: unreasonably cheerful and happy, zarina says: "no way... thank you so much, Ghost Face!!!" hearts and sparkles surround her
panel 5: zarina finally completes her challenge by unhooking rebecca, laughing with a "HEHEHEHE" despite the fact that ghost face chasing claudette isn't a good thing. rebecca thinks, "poor claudette..."

I think that's about all the art I have access to (that I remember) I figure I should share it, even though I once deleted it all a few years ago. I still enjoy them, and they're nice to look back on.

some older drawings I did where I replicated some albums with Dio, because they reminded me of him. #myart #jojo #diobrando

The album this drawing is based off of is "Live Through This" by Hole. This shows younger Dio as a beauty queen, angrily crying while he clutches his flowers and wears his crown.

The album this drawing is based on is "The Family Jewels" by Marina (and the Diamonds). This shows Dio from Phantom Blood, who was newly turned into a vampire. It can also represent Dio from Part 3, but I originally had another album in mind for that one. Dio looks at the viewer with a confident smirk.

Turnip, my Baldur's Gate 3 character I had a lot of fun with. He was a half-elf (drow) cleric who followed Kelemvor, which did eventually make the story more interesting as time went on; 2023 #myart #BG3

digitally painted portrait of Turnip, a half-elf (drow) cleric. He is shown with a few piercings in his ear, long dark hair, and has vitiligo.

Panel 1: Astarion looking dramatic and saying "Hello, my sweet!"
Panel 2: Astarion still looking dramatic and saying "Yes, darling?"
Panel 3: Astarion moving some hair behind his ear and saying, "Hello, beautiful!"
Panel 4: Turnip looks a bit confused by it all and thinks 'Astarion REALLY seems to like pet names...' in the foreground, Astarion looks a bit frustrated but still smiling and thinks, 'I am NOT fucking calling him "Turnip"'

massive page of mini comics concerning Turnip. At the top left, Turnip is reading headstones in a cemetery. Astarion says, "Are you REALLY going to read every single one?" Next to that drawing shows Turnip holding a soul orb thing, some text next to it says 'listening to the remnants of a shadow person' Karlach looks worried and says, "This places gives me the creeps can we please go..." Next to that drawing is Turnip looking at some pedestals in the Rosymorn Monastery and Lae'zel says "We came here for the creche what are you DOING?!"
The middle left drawing shows Turnip in a library, where he excitedly says "Shadowheart, they have a book about Kelemvor here!!" Shadowheart looks unimpressed by that and says "That's nice, Turnip." The drawing next to that shows Turnip inspecting some old coffins, where he thinks 'Hmm... the construction seems rushed... it could be better.' Next to that drawing is two panels meant to be read together. Turnip says, "Hi Withers! How are you today?" Withers responds with "Are you and Astarion fucking?" Turnip looks shocked and yells out HUH?! while Withers just closes his eyes and says, "It's probably fine, just don't let it distract you."
The bottom left drawing has two panels meant to be together. Turnip holds a wand, saying "I'm trying to explain that it won't be what you expect or want! The hag tricked you!" Mayrina screams at him angrily with "I DON'T CARE!" Frustrated, Turnip just snaps the wand in half. Mayrina cries out "NOOOO what did you DOOOO!!" A small drawing cushioned in the middle after that has Turnip asking "would you like me to say a few words?" to another character mourning a fallen comrade. The final two panels are meant to go together and it shows Balthazar smugly telling Turnip "You are obviously here to assist me, True Soul, so get to it. I have some undead shit to get back to." Turnip turns to his party, smiles, and says "I'm gonna kill that guy." which shocks them all.

Massive Ghost Face illustration I drew in 2023, which was inspired by the song "I'll Be Your Girl" by Carly Rae Jepsen. It was also a love letter to the DBD version of Ghost Face, with references to his add-ons and backstory. #myart #DBD #ghostface

an illustration full of various Ghost Faces. at the top left, Ghost Face stalks someone while taking photos. To the right of that shows him at a desk under tons of photos, papers, clippings of all kinds. The drawing next to that shows him looking inside of someone's window through blinds. The drawing in the upper middle of the page shows Danny Johnson chewing on a pen, with the Ghost Face mask perched above his head. It still hides his face in shadows. He also seems to be pouring over a notebook full of haphazard notes, and a matchbook lays next to it. The drawing to the lower left of that one shows Ghost Face spritzing a fancy cologne on himself. Under that drawing, which also takes up most of the middle of the composition, has Ghost Face laying across various papers (that includes newspapers, maps, photos, various notes) while chatting on the phone, his fingers twirling through the cord. The bottom left drawing shows Ghost Face pressing himself against a front door, listening in. There are also some metaphorical papers flying through the foreground, with XOXO markings on them. The bottom right drawing shows Ghost Face staring at the viewer, with his fingers positioned to look like a mock-camera, as if he's taking a photo.

My personal favorite. It is extremely self-indulgent, and it really shows what someone can do when they want to combine the things they love (2022) #myart #DBD #comic #albertwesker #hillbilly #ghostface #monsterhigh

Christmas morning, with Max Thompson Jr (The Hillbilly) excitedly holding Frankie Stein, a Monster High Doll. He has her out of the box already. Behind him, Ghost Face is holding a present he wants for himself and Trapper says: "Now, you KNOW that ain't yours." Ghost Face responds: "It is TOO!" The Entity also makes an appearance by setting down some stockings on the mantle.

Albert Wesker holds his own (packaged) Monster High doll, Draculaura, while saying: "Mr. Thompson... you open your dolls? I hope you realize that they cease to be in mint condition once you do so..." Ghost Face butts in and says, "Why would he care about that?" in the foreground, Hillbilly is completely ignoring both of them because he is completely engaged with playing with his Frankie Stein doll. He poses her, and has all her accessories out on the table.

Panel 1: Ghost Face holds his own Monster High doll box and says, "Hmm... of course your favorite would be Draculaura." Wesker sneers at him and says, "Is there a problem with that?"
Panel 2: Ghost Face responds with, "Naw of course not... but my ghoul Spectra is slept on." He points to his box containing Spectra Vondergeist. He moves back and shrugs while saying, "Draculaura IS the most popular, after all..."
Panel 3: Wesker dramatically adjust his sunglasses and smirks, holding his doll close. He says, "Yes, well, have you ever considered that there is a REASON for that?"
Panel 4: A close up of Wesker looking really intense, seemingly really angry, as he stares straight ahead and says: "Not only is Draculaura the most visually stunning out of all the ghouls, but she is incredibly powerful. Do you even understand the amount of strength and self-control she possesses as a vampire who willingly does not partake in blood? She is not LIKE anybody else. She is UNIQUE. She is BETTER-" he continues on, but Ghost Face stands there and responds with, "I... um. Okay."

comic I made when I played as ghost face during the halloween event in 2022 #myart #DBD #comic #ghostface

Panel 1: Ghost Face menacingly smacking a chest with his knife and saying, "Leon! Get over here and open this chest!" Leon looks back at him in fear.
Panel 2: Leon saying, "o-okay..." while opening the chest, looking nervous. Ghost Face patiently crouches next to him, knife raised, and actively using his stalking ability on him while he does so.
Panel 3: The environment changes to Coldwind Farm, where Ghost Face stands above a pumpkin, pointing at it, and saying, "Ace, there's a pumpkin here!" in the distance, Ace works on a generator.
Panel 4: Ghost Face angrily swipes at Ace with his knife and yells "ACE GET THE PUMPKIN!!!" Ace looks up at him in fear, and accidentally beaks the generator in the process.
Panel 5: Ace nervously kicks the pumpkin while Ghost Face excitedly nods.

illustration I made for my partner (who mains sadako) for a while, we were getting a lot of sadakos on dead dawg saloon, so we imagined what she'd look like in a cowgirl outfit! (2022) #myart #DBD #sadako

sadako dressed in a white fringe dress that has stars stitched onto it. she is also wearing a white cowboy hat and white cowboy boots that have the kanji for "curse" (based on her attack in-game) she stands in the dead dawg saloon map, with a cactus in the foreground. It is drawn to look like a postcard.

Panel 1: Quentin tiredly explaining his situation with Freddy to Sadako, who silently listens
Panel 2: Quentin wrapped up in a blanket and leaning on Sadako's well while he sleeps. Sadako chases Freddy Krueger down.

comic I did inspired by my first time trying killer, which was as Nemesis for some reason #myart #comic #DBD

Panel 1: Nemesis pointing at the survivors at the campfire and saying "OMG I can see them!!!"
Panel 2: Nemesis looking nervous and saying, "I don't really wanna kill anyone..." Leon Kennedy calls in (my partner was on voice chat with me) and says, "You don't have to!"
Panel 3: Nemesis whipping Jake with his tentacle to infect him and says, "Sorry, I have to infect you for a challenge..."
Panel 4: Nemesis staring at a generator and wondering, "Should I hit this-" before getting interrupted by a loud zombie, who he punches in the face and yells "GET OUTTA HERE!!!"
Panel 5: Nemesis celebrating with his arms stretched out, each hand showing three fingers. The text says INFECTION LEVEL THREE
Panel 6: Nemesis waving the survivors out and saying "Bye!"

Two of my first DBD comics! I made these when I first started learning the game. Chris represents me and Leon represents my partner. She showed me how to play and tried to help me out (she still does!) 2022 #myart #comic #DBD #chrisredfield #leonkennedy

Panel 1: Trickster carrying a very chibified Chris Redfield who is crying and saying: "Please put me down I'm a really sweet and nice boy!" The second panel shows a bloody Leon noticing Trickster carrying Chris away and thinks, 'oh no!! Chris!!" The bottom panel shows Leon trying REALLY hard to distract Trickster in a variety of ways, but ultimately gets hit. He screams out: "LET CHRIS GOOOO! PUT HIM DOWN!!" Trickster thinks "WTF??" while flinging chris around all over the place.

Panel 1: Chris and Leon running through a map, Chris looks worried and Leon explains: "Chris! In this world, we can slow down the killers with pallets!"
Panel 2: Nemesis is running full force after both of them, Chris worriedly says, "Is that really gonna work with that big guy?!" Leon looks really confident when he says, "Of course!"
Panel 3: Leon confidently grabs a pallet and says: Here we go!"
Panel 4: Leon pre-drops the pallet to slow down Nemesis, Chris watches
Panel 5: Leon and Chris look back at Nemesis approaching the pallet
Panel 6: Nemesis completely runs through the pallet like it's nothing
Panel 7: Both Leon and Chris look back in utter shock and say "It shattered on impact!!" "I HATE THIS PLACE!"
