Arale: ...You just can't beat it, every episode is incredible! Like, it's the only season with no weak spots! Miyako: Smile is good. But it just doesn't have the same impact that Fresh did. The midseason arc is too... Nonoka: Nono-chan likes Wonderful~! Yuno: We're in the middle of a concert.

Little thread on Ricochi and some of her history with English music For those who don't know, "My Heart Will Go On" is actually the song that inspired her to become a singer. You can absolutely feel that inspiration in this karaoke cover she did of "Let It Go" in 2016 (she had just turned 19!)

[ #PrincessTutu ] Something I drew for a friends birthday.

digital drawing showing ahiru and fakir from the anime princess tutu. ahiru is a girl with pale skin and pink hair in a white ballet dress. Fakir is a boy with long black hair, slightly tanner skin and he is wearing a white dress shirt and white pants. They are standing on the surface of water surrounded by white swans flying away in front of a blue sky and crescent moon. Fakir is lifting ahiru up and the tips of their noses are touching.

(Goodbye Lara spoilers) ALSO as an ace and demi-ro person, the show's perspective on love and relationships in the finale was actually refreshing. Big fan of people wanting to live and experience themselves fully before committing to feelings that are there but might need more time/space

Maybe I'm just stupid or Little Mermaid-pilled or something, but the ending of Goodbye, Lara is in direct dialog with the intentions of Anderson in regards to his original story. He didn't believe in the mermaid being given her soul by someone else but having the agency earn it on her own

sayonara lara spoilers my thoughts on this are kind of all over the place. i will discuss more in october. lara exits the fairy tale. she doesn't have to idealize the human world, falling in perfect heterosexual human love. she lives as human now. that is the ending. lara exits the fairy tale.

Lara has been signed by J1 powerhouses Vissel Kobe from J3 side Rellac Shiga HERE WE GO! Lara scored 14 goals and made 11 assists in the JFL as Rellac Shiga were promoted to J3 for the first time. Probably would have scored more if not for a bad ACL injury. An inspired signing!

If you didn't like the SayoLara ending but your first instinct is to post gripes rather than open that word doc and start writing the fic where Lara comes back and lives with Mari gayly then you haven't achieved moksha. Free yourself of kleshas. You can still find enlightenment.

Lesbian irl: furtive, subtextual, always unable to perceive whether a girl's love for her is like Love or just friendship, possibly even uncertain of their own feelings, unable to define what "romance" is Lesbian in fiction: *exactly that* Lesbian consumers: wtf are they cowards

if giraffe in revue starlight is the audience driving stage girls against each other, then sayolara audience who demand official declaration of Romantic Love are the mermaids coercing the princesses to HURRY UP AND LOVE SOMEONE so they can feel alive 😭 like damn i met the crew and they know you
