Thanks for answering our #QOTW Answer: B — Intramuscular immune globulin (IMIG). For a susceptible infant 6–11 months old, MMR is preferred when it can be given within 72 hours of exposure. Once >72 hours have passed, MMR is no longer considered effective PEP for that exposure.
