I am an incumbent member of the IEEE Computer Society Board of Governors (BoG). In the time I have been on the BoG, I have advocated greater alignment between the Society and its membership. I advocate a much stronger effort by IEEE-CS to communicate its aims and to solicit wishes of the membership.
