Had a great time helping out again at this year's BBB Beach Episode, already looking forward to next year! First time out being local to the area and I'm looking forward to helping out with more BBB events/brackets in the future. Pictures by the amazing @shotbyhalos.com

It's in an album titled "Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars Best Original Soundtrack" I got off Amazon a couple years ago, track 5. Looks like there's one left, but the info on that listing says "Japanese titles" for the majority of the track list.

I really enjoy the small ritual of alchemy I get to participate in every time I make coffee.

A standalone kitchen island with various coffee implements. On the top of the island it's a message board with the phrase "Good coffee takes passion :)", an electric kettle, a coffee carafe with freshly brewed coffee inside and a drip brewer placed on top of it, a manual coffee grinder, two loose tea containers, two vacuum sealing coffee containrrs, a red mug, and a light red kitchen towel.
The top shelf underneath carries various coffee mugs and culs.
The bottom shelf holds several different coffee brewers and a cast iron kettle.

Above the kitchen island on the wall hangs a print of a modified "Bold and Brash" Squidward painting with Miku hair and "01" arm marking.

@bsky.app I haven't looked at my DMs for over 24 hours, what gives? If I'm actually being rate-limited it must be an extremely low limit. Can't access my conversations on the android app or website. Chat requests and Retry show the same error.

Screenshot of the Chats section of the BlueSky android app.

The top shows the "Chats" label with a menu button on the lefy and a settings icon on the right. Below is a clickable area labeled "Chat requests".

Centered is an error message saying "Whoops! Too Many Requests" with a "Retry" button underneath.

I need to check something with the SOCD label and the order of the start/select buttons because either I got them switched up or the PS4 and PS4+Audio have slightly different pin orders. Either way, it's functional! Now to make an enclosure.

Doesn't stop me from messing with the parts I do have. Comparing the current and the new. I'd solder these if I wasn't planning on doing a toaster-oven solder for the USB-C connector. Need to get some acrylic for this.

Picture of my current fighting game controller on the bottom compared to the black PCB of my new controller on the top with most parts set in their placements.

The current controller is made of a wooden box and has a few stickers on it. From left to right: Bullet from BlazBlue Central Fiction, a trans Pride sticker, an original sticker from a friend of mine, and a dog from a specific stage in BlazBlue Central Fiction known to players as "the hype dog".

Got the boards in! Except I forgot to order through-hole USB C connectors so now I'm waiting on those before I assemble.

Finally got around to adding the last couple things to my custom PCB lever-less FG controller and submitted an order to JLCPCB. I'll be using a Brooks PS4+Audio board with the PS5 addon and eventually have it sandwiched between some acrylic. Hopefully I didn't mess anything up.

Full sized boards will cost more, so made a mini tester board to make sure everything is wired up correctly. Now to just wait for it to arrive! If things are quick it's possible I could have at least a bare PCB controller ready for Frosty's lmao

PCB prototype for testing, intended to make sure pin connections are correct.
Areas on the top for touchpad, home, option, and start buttons followed by a switch and USB-C connector.
Below that row on the top left has solder points for an audio jack.
The middle is occupied by a brook board header pin setup.
Part way towards the bottom on the right is a 16 pin header for testing button pin outs.
Bottom center is a PS5 expansion slot.

Post a picture YOU took. Just a pic, no description.

A window frame with empty panes set in the wall of a stone building that looks out onto a mountain view. The view is somewhat cloudy but with a bright sky and vibrant green trees.

Work had a potluck so I made cheesecake. Only have a small cake pan so I also made mini cupcake sized ones too. Overestimated how many people would even get dessert and also how much they would eat so I have most of it leftover... help.

Sitting on a white kitchen counter is a 6 inch spring form cake pan with 11 of 16 slices of cheesecake left. Surrounding it are 12 cupcake sized mini cheesecakes in their wrappers.

I enjoy taking these little quizzes. uquiz.com/quiz/p0u5c3?... There's a bit of truth to parts of this, but I think it goes a bit too far in how it condemns it to be directionless or based on nothing real.

A screenshot of the results of a for-fun "what emotion do you create art from" online quiz. The results state:
"Melancholy.
You create from melancholy. There is an aimless sadness that pervades your life. It's not as though there's anything in particular you're grieving, but you still find yourself possessed of a peculiar somberness. This melancholy seeps into your art, where it becomes a directionless lament. You long to make your senseless sadness into something beautiful and bittersweet, so you depict it countless times throughout your work. It sets the tone of everything you create, filtering all you craft through a melancholic lens. There is a nostalgia for what never was, a grief for something you never had, a longing that doesn't know what it craves. These are the feelings that serve as your inspiration: vague, listless lamentations."

Ever since I got in the top 10 for my local arcade's Jubeat rankings it's been a goal for mine to break into the top 5. Finally got it tonight!! Barely, but now I need to solidify my standing and aim higher :) Started playing at the beginning of 2023 so not bad progress! #rhythmgames #jubeat

A top 10 leaderboard for Jubeat at my local arcade. My handle "PEIGHT" is ranked 5 out of 10. A black smudge blocks out the "Jubeat ID" column and a purple arrow points to the 5th place standing. The 1st palace rating (called Jubility) is 7,965.1, the 5th place ranking is 6,188.2, and 10th place is 4,880.1.

The custom leverless controller I built and have been playing fighting games on for the last two years made from an old cigar humidor. Brooks PS4+Audio with PS5 addon. Orange buttons on the face are directional, with two UPs. I plan on making a new lower profile one for traveling. #leverless #fgc
