iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Only issue with the online was some fairly regular disconnects/crashes in our group, but when you were in the match it was fine. Only 3 maps each w/ their own objective, but still a ton of fun. Hopefully they add more. Overall, the game is great. Continuing unlocks next stream.

They added a bunch of new challenges and shit which I haven't even started yet, and I'm 20 hrs in (about to finish all badges on Expert). Worth noting I had like a 5 hr dive into the online Battle Mode which is a fucking blast (latency is surprisingly good). Gonna do a lot more.

I think the main thing that annoys me when I see talk of the Star Fox Remake come up is, "LOL it only takes an hour to beat it?" I don't know who needs to hear it but the game is entirely about replayability. Different paths, secret encounters, unlocks, Expert mode, etc.

Quick summary of main criticisms: Obviously voice lines aren't as iconic anymore but it's clear they remade the game for a new generation, and maybe a new translation of the script? (Vague spoilers) Final segment was def slowed down with a big vibe shift. I prefer the original.

Spent a large portion of last stream screaming my lungs out at Slippy and Peppy being absolutely useless against the Expert Venom Star Wolf encounter while I had to carry with no laser upgrade and them dying in 10 seconds...so maybe no stream today. Overall loving the remake.

Uploaded a new Elden Ring PvP video in 2026. Last stream was 14 hours straight of RL 301 chaos, so I made a compilation of some of the more interesting encounters. No, I will not apologize for the thumbnail/title: www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYXK...

After practically a year away from Elden Ring PvP, it's good to see that some things (Hosts) never change. Plenty of de-rust streams to come leading up to Duskbloods😤👌

I don't know why, but I've decided as a form of From PvP derust I'm gonna do some Elden Ring gank hunting set to angsty music like it's 2012 again. Heh...nothin' personnel. (obviously Twitch only) Elden Ring: twitch.tv/peeve

Gonna get some sleep before the Nintendo Direct. If Duskbloods is still releasing in 2026, even a Dec release is 6mos away, which means From is running out of ad time. Anything sooner is already a small window. They gotta say something. I'll be live on Twitch (not YT) at 9am CDT. Bring copium.

Note: There may be a Nintendo Direct that's rumored for Tuesday, but not confirmed. If that happens then I'll squeeze it in. If there's a Duskbloods Network Test or some shit, all of this is out the window for now.

The Chat-Chosen games for next week have been chosen by the wheel... 😑 Here we go again. How'd this happen back to back... Next stream: 12pm CDT tomorrow - Xbox Games Showcase followed by PC Gaming Show, then maybe Outward 2 closed beta. Mina continues Monday o/

Tues: Umamusume followed 2 hrs later by Mina the Hollower.

Wed: Off.

Peeve @peeve.bsky.social · 30/05/2026

State of Play - June 2nd, 4pm CDT.
Summer Game Fest - June 5th, 4pm CDT.
Day of the Devs - June 5th, 6pm CDT.
Future Games Show - June 6th, 2pm CDT.
Xbox Games Showcase - June 7th, 12pm CDT.

I'll be later than the usual tardiness today for the initial Mina the Hollower stream. Shouldn't be anything too extensive, then we're diving in all night 😤

Peeve @peeve.bsky.social · 25/05/2026

This week's schedule is decided. Chat-chosen demos/games for 2 hrs into some form of playthrough for 4 hrs is the plan. I needed something to bide time until Mina the Hollower launches, so why not return to Nightreign and tie up some loose ends? See yall at 6pm CDT (give or take tens of minutes)👋

All start times 6pm CDT (give or take tens of minutes):

Mon - Stranger of Paradise Demo followed by Nightreign: Quest to defeat Dreglord for the first time.

Tues - Morbid Metal followed by Nightreign.

Wed - Wild Blue Skies Demo followed by Nightreign.

Thurs - Rocket League (first time) followed by Nightreign.

Fri - Mina the Hollower Launch.

Sat - Wheel Spins to pick next week's demos.

Main goal isnt just being live at a predictable time that wont involve planets aligning, but also to make playthrough VODs more digestible. A 15 hour stream followed a day or two later with another 15 hour stream isn't something anyone will be keeping up with. See you in 6 hrs.

030

Peeve @peeve.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

It's that time of year: The semi-annual Peeve Schedule Attempt! Start around 6pm CDT each day (exceptions for stuff like State of Play/Summer Games Fest) w/ 2hrs of a chat-picked demo, followed by 4hrs of a playthrough. Demos for the week picked during pizza party on Saturdays.

Decided to upload a clip from Dead as Disco, as I've been absolutely obsessed with it recently. I flawlessed a challenge encounter I hear many complaining about being too tough. I don't think it was anything mindblowing but it was all vibes. Check it out: www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEfA...

Luckily got a Steam Controller second 1 (been joking with viewers that I must've got the very first one since I got in 2-3min early through refreshing). Looking forward to doing an unboxing on Patreon and writing up a comparison to my other controllers (Edge/Switch 2 Pro)🫡

When I wake up and sit at my PC, I press Start Stream. I go til hungry or need bathroom. Content is chosen day before by viewers using a spinner wheel. Mostly game demos but I allow non-gaming suggestions. If I'm doing a normal stream I return later. More variety, more streams.

If you've been avoiding the stream due to spoilers for the playthroughs I've been doing (lately Zelda games), I've been doing a daily stream of viewer-picked games to cut in some spoiler-free variety. ...maybe too much variety.

My recently streamed categories on Twitch: Majora's Mask, Feng Shui Meowjong, Umamusume: Pretty Derby, Resident Evil 4 Demo, Dinoblade.

The goal now is to keep stacking VODs into each channel playlist over time. Ideally one day in the near future each of these channels within PeeveTV will have enough content to not show reruns for 6 months straight. Anyway, check it out, flip channels: peeve.tv

I did 10 hours of pure exploration of Crimson Desert's game world. I'm talking aim in a direction and start walking kind of exploration. The "fuck the main quest let's go get literally lost" kind of exploration. My thoughts and first impressions of the game are below👇

🔴LIVE I don't know what to expect, but I do know this: I have a gift of doing everything but the main objective for as long as humanly possible. So, we're going to put the shenanigans to the test. Crimson Desert (No Fast Travel?) twitch.tv/peeve youtube.com/live/mGkBJvj...

Crimson Desert - 100% Shenanigans, 0% Progress.

Peeve @peeve.bsky.social · 19/03/2026

I'd be happy if we could come anywhere near the 140 hours no fast travel minimal progression of Dragon's Dogma 2, but I'm not expecting it. I don't really trust anyone else's opinion on open world shenanigans so I gotta try it myself.

Peeve @peeve.bsky.social · 19/03/2026

Gonna be trying Crimson Desert later today on launch. I'm not on the hype train for this one, I'm on the fence. Could be great but looks like it's trying to be a lot of things at once so I'm wary. I intend to focus purely on shenanigans and minimal progress for as long as I can.

Decided I will be streaming Crimson Desert on launch. I don't expect much from the overall story/quests, but if we can get a repeat of the 140 hour No Fast Travel, No Progress shenanigans of Dragon's Dogma 2, I'd love that. Hoping to finish Majora's Mask before then.

I've been doing a ton of writing, reading, and piano practice the past week. Basically not letting myself watch streams unless I'm eating has been very productive. It's been great but I think I need to START the day with the stream, or time will get away from me regardless.
