A cartoon titled “Transfemme Communication Protocol (TCP)” consisting of two images, each featuring two women with outfits featuring the trans pride flag. The acronym “TCP” is a pun on an existing internet communication protocol used to reliably transmit network messages, “Transmission Control Protocol”.

The first image is labeled “Step 1: Make cat noises to establish synchronicity (the preamble)”. Both women have identical dialogue: a shared speech bubble reading “nya mrrp meow mrrp” and their own speech bubbles containing “:3”, two characters which arranged together look roughly like a cat’s face.

The second image is labeled “Step 2: Infodump” and in this image, both women are given dialogue consisting of graphics which would inform about the structure of aerial command in an Air Force through JTDIS and AWACS systems.
