Oh I'm aware, just...hate like, some species like pidgeys 3rd form get 200 total stats then starters get like 400 (not 100% accurate, just a old foggy memory) so lategame you'll be punished for not using the mons they want you too. Should he ways to raise stat potential for mons like other games.

I played all of those and loved them! Dqm is probably my favorite monster tamer series (blame nostalgia xP) But played all the Digimon ones too. BIG shout out to recent dqms and Digimons for adding ways to strengthen mons so anyone can be meta. Pokemon base stat limits suck.
