Biography text: Too Too the Dreaming Dancer.
Too Too is a silly and sleepy fooglie. Named after her signature tutu, Too Too loves to dance. At any given time of day, she can either be found dancing and twirling, or snoozing. Too Too can fall asleep just about anywhere, and its not unusual for Floop and the other fooglies to find her tucked away in an odd spot, fast asleep.

Too Too is sweet and forever curious
about the world around her. She
is the second oldest fooglie.
