I upgraded from the 13 (original) as well lol! The incentive was to switch carriers so I can get more perks and unlimited data. Now I have the 16 and its cool, be prepared for how you’re going to charge it because they only gave me the cable. Luckily it works with the ipad wall outlet piece.

My room is above the garage and all I can hear when its silent is the blow up triple snowmen ⛄️⛄️⛄️ my mom has plugged in 24/7 playing Jingle Bells on repeat. This is what its like to live with the walmart displays constantly playing Christmas music. Its only 12/1.. send help. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

(Ive since changed doctors recently) but every time I asked for a referral I was basically gaslit into not getting one.. (too expensive, wont test for specific things that I would ask for, etc) it was ridiculous but Im glad I have a new dr now. Thank you ☺️

I have the worst luck.. the only thing I changed recently was Im prediabetic and got the 💉, my cycle length went from 24 days to 28 so im happy about that. Hopefully something positive happens soon. And ill have to research maca, i heard it makes you fertile (no issue for me as I’m waiting til 💍)

I agree with the caffeine- i don’t drink coffee or caffeinated tea. I only use midol as an emergency when I’m in unbearable pain. I avoid it whenever possible. And ill look into the Damiana, thanks again!

Thank you! I definitely want to learn about that because I took midol earlier (1000mg acetaminophen plus caffeine) and it did nothing. Some people are preying on women with these issues its scary. Everyone is making “fibroid” and “pcos” tea now. Same herbs.

I realllyyyy dont want one but it sucks they took my uterus out, cut it open, removed fibroids, stitched it back up and put it back.. like yall shouldve just kept it if I knew that wasnt gonna help. Plus i have a permanent pouch and abdominal scar and I would have to get c-sections if i had 🧒🏾 smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

This is my first time taking them all, (of course i just started my 🩸 so might not see relief yet) usually its just nettle and red raspberry leaf but it wasnt helping at all. I had to up it, 😂. Tiktok helped a lot with the recommendations. Got them from mountain rose herbs.

My mom had an emergency hysterectomy with my brother (placenta previa) in ‘91.. not saying she got lucky but this was after she had her 3 kids. She didn’t have fibroids and don’t understand what I’m going through even after I had my surgery. She thinks I’m being dramatic about the pain and flow.

I had open fibroid surgery 3 years ago, and my cycles STILL give me extreme hell. No relief whatsoever. 11 fibroids removed. Day one, in so much painnnnn. Made a herbal tea with like 10 herbs lol (nettle, raspb, yarrow, wild yam, ladys mantle, spearmint, cohash, shepherds) plzzzzz do something omggg
