I have done ~the thing~ 2026 Edition.

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 12/10/2026

Forgot one: Slay the Spire 2 (Timeline Completion) A real step up from Spire 1 and really enjoyable overall. Wish my save wasn't lost to a power outage, but we got the code to get back what was lost. Maybe someone will make a Kamen Rider mod for this one too.

MS Paint Placeholder for the first slot on the timeline.

Super Robot Wars Y My third SRW game, and this new direction still feels too long. You could cut about 20 missions and make the game feel a bit better. Still really enjoyed my time, especially over 30. Don't know if I'm up for the Z2R, but I'll check out the next one if the roster speaks to me.

D2 Cont. I said farewell when I wrote this months ago, but I guess I can only say farewell to my time with Destiny instead of it in general. Good luck, Bungie; you need it.

ZZZ S2 Cont. The season kept me going with strong characters throughout. Spook Shack and the Angels remain top picks for the season. Overall a rough time but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 12/10/2026

ZZZ Season 2 It really feels like the writers were trying to find ways to push the narrative forward while course-correcting from things they weren't feeling anymore. The Exaltists get the boot early, and Sarah is left orphaned because of it.

Digimon Time Stranger Another really enjoyable RPG with solid gameplay, but it falls short on the story. A lot of repetition in the back half, plus a downgraded farm, keeps it from hitting like Cyber Sleuth for me, but it's still great. *Wow, my opinion changed in 8 months*

Main Party: Beelstarmon, Justimon, MedievalGallantmon

Back Row: Beelzebubmon Blast Mode, UlforceVeedramon, Dorugoramon

Forgot to post about this, but new Beastdrive makes the brain worms happy. Same Armor/Body split, which seems to let 52toys get these out in a timely fashion, which I'm all for. They have been upfront about the split, and it's cheaper than before.

I don't this Zeztz is bad by any stretch but it feels undercooked. A stronger push for CODE to be the central villain or the Gores being a stronger presence in more than the final push could do a lot but in the end it lands deep in my "More Bad Than Good Tier".

Kamen Rider Tier List:

Best of Favorites: Kuuga, W, OOO, Gaim, Girls Remix

Mid-Tier Favorites: Geats, Drive, 01, Build, Ex-Aid, Fourze, Den-O, Dragon Knight

Bottom-Tier Favorites: Gotchard, Revice, Wizard, Agito

More Bad Than Good: Hibiki (Ep. 1-29), KR 71', Gavv, Shin Kamen Rider, Black Sun, ZO, J, Zeztz, Ghost, Blade

Dumpster Guards: Decade, Black, ZX, Saber, Shin Prologue

Dumpster: Amazons, Outsiders, The First, The Next, Hibiki (Ep. 30-36), Ryuki, Zi-O, Kabuto

Getting this and Transformers would be fun, as I could see Jun trying to help bridge the gap between Autobots and Decepticons. Lastly, a hero who just wants to reach out and connect with people, and their signature attack is punching, now where have I seen that before?

Wrappeed up Time Stranger today. Very Good across the board. Only minor issues (Digifarm and Fast Travel). Story and characters were great and feel like a huge step up from CS/HM. Would love to see another (maybe with Shambhala as a focus). *Final Team + Back Row in Sprite Form*

Did a Final Form Tierlist on stream. More of a what's a Final Form than a ranking of them. Picture alt text has the explanation of the tiers.

To Go Even Further Beyond- Those Movie/Stage Show Forms that pop up from Heisei Phase 2 Onwards pretty constantly.

Missing Link- The Riders that are currently missing the step beyond Final From

Final Forms- The Official Main Rider Forms, and the best option for Secondary+ Riders.

Acceptable- These will do, but we can do so much better for all of them.

No- Truly, binable suits do not deserve any title.

In Need of One- An assortment of Riders who could really use a Final Form.

000

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 20/10/2025

Been chipping away at this tierlist on the Sat. streams. Not the greatest because of all the repeat posters, but thoughts on what I want in SRW. (Explanation of tiers in the alt text of the picture)

Most Wanted (Rookies): Things not in SRW before that I want to see.

Most Wanted (Veterans): Things that have been in SRW that I would like to see back.

For The Crossover Appeal: Things I'm curious about and wouldn't mind seeing.

Supplement: Adjacent material to the above tiers to be used when adapting.

IDK: Things I have no hard feelings about that I can go either way with.

For Other People: If I had a choice, I would say no, but that is just me.

Decided just to update when I'm done with a Chapter. So here we are after Ch. 4. Found the very obvious sign posting about one unit funny, but hot damn do they pay you back for the exchange and then some. Otherwise, character/story stuff continues to be really good.

000

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 04/10/2025

It's been split over a few sessions, but out of Chapter 3. Big bad is finally on the table, and now a whole crock of side missions is open. Will have to work my way through them before doing the Dynazenon main mission.

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

Also, these new Roboforce (I think) figures are so Brave coded that they feel like a companion to Beastdrive. Them being the main bots, with Beastdrive being the support bots.

Went and got the Gundam unlock along with a bunch of Relic Missions. Currently, there is one Main Mission available in Chapter 3. The overlapping and integration of the various series continues to be on point, making me excited for what is next.

100

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 09/09/2025

On to Ch. 3, did a few missions, but wasn't feeling into doing much more. Deciding if I grind a bit to get the OG Gundam unlock or skip.

100

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 30/08/2025

Session 3 consisted of several side missions and picking up the Macross crew. Should be close to moving into Ch. 3, but that will be next time. The only thing kind of bugging me is that most of the secrets at the moment are for things I'm not interested in.

110

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 29/08/2025

Session 2 netted the G Witch cast, along with Majestic Prince, amongst others. Still enjoying things and really like how interpersonal everything has been. Probably helps that Dynazenon, Getter, and G Gundam are the core group atm. Really curious how the G Witch plot will go from here.

Stats after two sessions and 9 1/2 hours.

110

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 28/08/2025

4 and a half hours in and really enjoying SRW Y. Everything is feeling on point, and while there were a lot of missions cracked open coming out of Ch. 1, it didn't feel overwhelming. So far, the Getter team is winning me over the most out of the material I don't have experience with.

110

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 19/08/2025

Kamen Rider W is in SRW Y with playable W, Accel, and Skull. I am FUCKING SPEECHLESS. I know this team has been pushing for Toku to get rep in SRW as a whole, but I never thought they would seriously put a Rider in.

Kamen Rider W, Accel, and Skull in SRW Y.

peacemaker2448 @peacemaker2448.bsky.social · 19/08/2025

Overall, the show is fine and sits comfortably in MBTG, but it's not reaching any higher for me, especially when I don't feel like continuing forward.

Relooking and the city background has some of those tell-tell signs. Inconsistent structure between frames and a vaseline-like filter over certain objects. Again, circumstantial and will wait for harder proof.

City traffic from the Zeztz teaser. Has a very vaseline-like look that blurs objects together into amorphous clumps.

It's off to the dumpster for me because, for all its spectacle and fan service, I don't particularly care for it. Doesn't help that the majority of the main? cast is an assortment of characters I never cared for in their show, so I'm not very invested in them here. Hopefully, Girls Remix is better.
