Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the gained awareness. Grateful for the wisdom.

PdotHall @pdothall.bsky.social · 23/07/2025

There’s been an emphasis on gratitude for me this week. Life is calling me to see how blessed I am and for me not to take things for granted. I must cherish this little life of mine.

I hope you see your worth. I hope you’re living a life that aligns with what you truly desire. Don’t settle out of comfort or ‘ease’. There’s nothing easy about achieving fulfillment. #NoteToSelf

Nowadays I’ve been in my own little world. Being social is becoming a bit difficult.

I’m so grateful to be at a place spiritually that I really don’t focus on others in regard to my past or improving my life. No revenge, no blame. I’m aware of my missteps and take full accountability. My focus is on what life I have left and the more aligned relationships I get to look forward to.

I can’t wait to buy a project/weekend car. I found the perfect candidate, a minty P10 G20, but now just isn’t the time. Either way, I look forward to when I do. I’ll go on drives every weekend. Hopefully with a little company. 🤞🏽

There’s something really beautiful about loving someone who can’t give you anything but their presence. No circumstantial love. Just an honest yearning and admiration.

What a beautiful feeling it is to feel seen. A friend made me feel seen today in a very needed way. I won’t get into specifics, but it was a simple action with great magnitude of effect. 🙏🏽

Out of all of my lessons in healing and addressing my mental health, the most useful lesson I’ve learned was in a Buddhist book about meditation. It suggests to welcome all thoughts, even those that weigh us down, but like a cloud moving through the sky, allow it to leave. Acknowledge then release.

I was doing some runs while interning for UMG. For whatever reason I was sent to pick up some books from a notable publishing house and as I was waiting at the front desk, Glenn Close walked up next to me. We turned to each other and she just smiled. She seemed super nice.

It’s very easy to overlook all of the blessings we take for granted on a daily basis. I’m imploring us all to feed less into what we believe we’re lacking.
