LGBTQ+ individuals, especially transgender people, face substantial wage gaps, in addition to disproportionate violence (including domestic violence), legislative attacks, and relentless transphobia.

Trans men earn about 70 cents for every dollar that the average worker earns in the U.S.

Trans women earn about 60 cents for every dollar that the average work earns in the U.S.
