This was another character exploration, this one was inspired by the evil king Stan from #Okage... though instead of a chaotic but harmless character possessing the shadow, I made it something more sinister. #clipstudiopaint #digitalart

Digital painting of a young black boy wearing a blue vest, white shirt, and brown pants. The boy is standing rigid while his statues manifests into a spooky malicious entity with spindly hair and glowing white eyes. The entity has it's claws gripping the boy's shoulders.

More character exploration of potential OC's for #Artfight from back in July. These didn't get much exploration because I couldn't come up with good background stories for them... and I wasn't digging their designs. #digitalart #clipstudiopaint

Digital sketches, the left one is a sketch of a goblin humanoid with white pupiless eyes, carrying a large rectangular backpack. on the right is a sketch of a heavy lidded female with purple eyeshadow.

Continuation of oc explorations for last #artfight . I got to a point where I didn't know how I wanted to progress which is why I shrank it down and did quick paint over (Top mid)... didn't like that one either, decided to put it on the back burner and come back to it later.

digital painting of a humanoid. all three figures are iterations on the same painting starting with top left which has the head painted and the golden-rings midsection, the rest is roughly sketched or outlined. The humanoid has a pale greenish blue face with a red horn protruding from the top of it's forehead. It is wearing a red cape and has a blue shirt with a dramatically long collar. in the bottom right we have the same sketch now almost fully roughed in colorwise with brown pants and the blue shirt continuing from under the gold belts. it's upper right arm is a white cylinder suggesting it is just a bone, and the two forearms are the same color as it's face with swirling gold rings roughly painted over it. last is the top middle which is a smaller image of the fully roughed in character, the cape is filled in with a dark red and the pants have been replaced with a dark red robe bottom. the left arm is posed forward with a light electrical magic orb being created, and the right arm is fist pumping the air for some reason.

With this I am now caught up to July this year. Instead of using any of my existing OC's for #Artfight I decided to create a new one... which cost me most of the time it was going, thus I only got a few done for it. here are two #sketches , I needed to do more quick iterations.

Digital sketches of two humanoids for Artfight 2026 (first time participating). Top left is a biped mannequin sketch with what seems to be bug like fairy wings or ornamental cape-thing, and on the right is a mouthless floating biped, possibly robotic, possibly alien.

#Teiselbonne ! Another character in #Megaman Legends 1 and 2 (as well as Tron Bonne spinoff), The Bonne family was definitely part of what made Mega Man Legends so popular imo, great minor antagonists to counter the cold/spooky Reaverbots #digitalart #clipstudiopaint

A digital Painting of Teisal Bonne from the Mega Man Legends video game series from the Playstation one era. He has a rectangular face with red eyes and voluminous white hair, his robot body has a green upper torso that fits on to a black smaller cylindrical lower torso. All that goes into a grey T shaped pair of hips with gray ball joins for the connection between the hips and legs, the thighs are large and green with a cylindrical part for the back of the knee, and a pentegonal shaped green knee bit. the rest of the leg was not completed, but the left arm has it's gray ball joint with a similar pattern to the bonne's crest, the upper arm is a black cylinder, the forearm is a larger green cylinder with a dark grey ball joing for connecting the hand, the palm is black and the fingers are a dark gray though unfinished. the right arm is non-existant except for the right palm and a sketch of the fingers.

#Tronnebonne ! A character in #Megaman Legends 1 and 2 with her own spin off game. Unfortunate that Legends never got a 3rd iteration, I still remember playing one of the dungeons at lunch, and eating pan-seered hot dog rounds and Raman. #digitalart #clipstudiopaint

digital sketch and painting of the character Tronne Bonne from the Mega Man Legends series. She has black hair and wears a short red dress that is more of a blouse than dress, skin tight black pants and red platform shoes. Her hair fans our behind her and she has round white cartoon-like skull insignias for earrings and a broach. in the top left you have a quick painting getting familiar with her face, below that is a sketch of her upper torso, and on the right is a half finished painted full body version.

#FFIX / #FF9 : After getting as far as I did with her, I decided to do a sketch of the other three, but alas, I had other obligations to get to so I was unable to get them to the same refinement when #painting , I will return to them again soon. #FinalFantasy #art

digital painting of three of Final Fantasy nine's elemental Temple Guardians, I roughly painted the necromancer one which is the Earth Guardian, a red cloaked skeleton spinal cord like horns and and angry skull. he wears three skulls as a necklace and has a steel cage for his mid section. I gold Crown emblem for a belt buckle to match his loose gold belt. he wears an open rib cage as a skirt and has no feet, the arms have a spikey/furry supstance portruding from his elbow up his for arm bone, and his hands are skeletal with one large claw on his index fingers. in the bottom right is a sketch of the wind Guardian, a lithe dragon like creature, spiky down the neck with spindly appendages. and last is the water guardian sketch which is mainly a circle with tentacle... the least developed sketches of them all.

#FFIX / #FF9 : I was watching a streamer by the name of Kahls play it, she got to this character and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed their designs... This was my first attempt at #painting her, I feel like giving her another whirl with a better pose. #FinalFantasy #art

digital painting ins grayscale, of a humanoid snake like creature, the hair on the back of her head flows down from her head and transforms into the body of a large snake. the human part is wearing a tight leatherlike one-piece (not the anime) swimsuit outfit that has a scaley texture, she is wearing garter belts and platform shoes. on her arms are two thick disc-like bracelets, one around her upper arm, and one at her wrist, with a long tight glove covering the skin in between the two. The painting is only half finished.

Back to random #Sketches ... I believe Crystal ball claw kid spawned from a hand pose I wanted to try, the three heads were just for fun, and the little wizard is probably inspired by the Junji Ito lady with the swirling void in her head. #digitalart #clipstudiopaint

A group of digital sketches, starting with the top left, there is a lineart drawing of a bald headed person with an arm out and his hand posed dramatically over what appears to be a crystal ball. In the top right there is a green head with seemingly a carved out face but not wholly finished. below that is a black and white painting of a stylized duck character loosely inspired by Disney's stylization. In the bottom left is a red skull with eyes done from memory and instead of teeth it is smooth there, lastly in the bottom right there is a little wizard sitting there with a swirling void for a face.

The last of the #Wonderland #Mermay exploration. I only got essentially halfway through coloring her before I lost steam and decided I wasn't continuing. She isn't my favorite. but it was at least an attempt. #clipstudioart #digitalart

A rough digital painting of Alice from Disney's classic version as a mermaid, it is fairly flat colored with rough slightly blended shadows/highlights, she has a Teal Mermaid half, and is floating in front of a cool/warm purple background. Next to her is the lineart version of the painting, and a rough sketch of a child version of Alice. Small sketches are in the top left exploring potential poses that were more dynamic.

More explorations in the #Wonderland prompt for #mermay , This time I meddled with the Mad Hatter and even went so far as to try my hand at Tim Burton's version as a #mermaid . I might re-examine this in the future, but eventually decided I didn't have time for him. #digitalart

digital sketches of the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland from both the old animated version and Tim Burton Version. Top left is a quick toony version of the Disney animated version, he is holding a tall teapot and is fairly roughly sketched. in the bottom left is the Johnny Depp Mad Hatter rough sketch . and on the right is the lineart attempt of the Johnny Depp version as a mermaid.

I did start another #Mermaid for #Mermay, but never finished it cuz things got busy. the prompt was "Wonderland", and I realized I had never drawn anything from Tim burton's version or the Old Disney one. Here are a few brainstorming #sketches. #digitalart

digital sketches of Disney's "Alice in Wonderland" characters with a few of Tim Burton's versions of the characters as well. Top left we have Disney Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee, with their large sour baby faces wearing little beanies with a flag pole on top. We have on of them as a Mermaid in the bottom left, Top half is the baby faces somber disney characters and the bottom half is a blowfish body. In the top right we have a pocket watch sketch with the rabbit in a waistcoat standing in the middle. and on the bottom right we have both versions of the Queen of Hearts, Helena Bohnom Carter's version on the left roughly sketched out, and the disney version on the right a little more refined sketchwise.

Repost of the #Mermay 4ths #starwars painting cuz I've caught up to my digital #sketches /#doodles to this past May. I wish I had more sketches to show for this but this one I sorta just jumped right into (might have some real life sketches I did, will have to look).

digital painting of jar jar binks from starwars' "phantom menace". jar jar is a duck like humanoid mammal alien with crab like eyes protruding out of the top of his head, long flappy skin ears and a longer neck looking similar to a humans neck, wearing a leather like vest and cloth undershirt. Jar jar is looking into the camera with a smile while looking weightless

This is a continuation of last post which was a rough sketch of the guide from #terraria, the image with "old" painted in is the rough paint I did using the sketch... but after seeing it a few times from a distance, I decided to try and correct the face. #clipstudiopaint #art

Rough digital painting of the guide from terraria holding open a book with the word "OLD" painted next to him. He is wearing a long sleeve shirt, and the perspective on his face is off.

Rough digital painting of the guide from terraria holding open a book, he is wearing a long sleeve shirt, his face perspective has been fixed and overall the rough painting is a bit more refined.

On the same page as mudboy... I ended up with a RE9's inspired random mutated man. Needs more cohesion IMO FLAG: Very basic/blocky anatomy, I refrain from painting/drawing anatomically correct people to keep things PG. #art #digitalart #Doodles #ClipStudioPaint #sketches

digital sketch of a male figure with basic anatomy with no genitalia to keep it PG with a slightly longer torso, with a digitally painted version of him on the left mutated and grotesque. The painted version is a dul reddish in color with minty green-blue hair and no pupils. his right arm is mutated with tendrils and bubbling skin, while his intestines seemingly are mutated and on the outside of his stomache. his right leg is mostly normal with a spike protruding from the knee, but his left leg is large and swollen to be 5 times bigger, with continuation of the intestinal type growth with added spikes.

PBLeechart @pbleechart.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Mud boy happened because... I was bored... I think I was just fiddling with a nose-less blob and that is the result... kind of a cuter version of the Mudmen from Dragon's Lair. I like the bottom right face a fair bit. #art #digitalart #Doodles #ClipStudioPaint #sketches

digital painting of a red headed man with a long grin and exaggerated features as well as a torso with a long sleeve green shirt and armor but it is also only half complete.

a rough digital painting of a man in grayscale with slicked back hair half his face in shadow, the half in shadow has no lips, a prominent cheek bone, and a horn.
